Instructors are fantastic. Each has their own personalized style of teaching, but all of the courses I have taken have been exceptional in their own right.

After 3 visits and now being a ticket holder at the studio, I have to advertise here ;). Great job, everyone finds their own style or training level and the teachers are super friendly. The atmosphere is simple/comfortable without any chicness, which is also good. I like coming to you, please keep it up!

The new yoga studio in Südstadt is finally a place where you don't just like sports, but also meets wonderful people. You stay here to exchange ideas and recharge your batteries for the day or to end it in contemplation.

For me the most beautiful and cozy yoga studio in Cologne. Great teachers, very good selection of different classes and you immediately feel at home. :)

Immer wieder schön

Ein großartiges Studio und ein super Team. Wir kommen von Herzen gerne wieder.

Sehr herzliche Mitarbeiter, ich war heute zum ersten Mal dort, hatte einen Prenatal Yoga Kurs über Urban Sports gebucht. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Tolle Location, herzliche Atmosphäre und in der Umkleide gibt es Spinde, in denen man Wertsachen einschließen kann.

Ich hatte wirklich große Erwartungen bezüglich dieses Studios aufgrund der sehr deutlichen Präsenz im Netz, Magazinen, etc. Daher habe ich mich auch total gefreut, dass es einen Prenatal Yogakurs gab der echt super klang (bei Dina). Die Lehrerin war auch sehr nett, der Kurs körperlich anstrengender als erwartet (was ich aber gut fand, denn nur weil man schwanger ist möchte man ja, solange alles komplikationslos verläuft, nicht nur rumsitzen und atmen). Ein bisschen ganzheitlicher hätten die Stunden ruhig sein können, aber alles in allem ein echt schöner Kurs. Das Manko ist das Studio an sich: Beim Ankommen gab es irgendwie gar keine/n Ansprechpartner/in, niemanden der/die einem erklärt was wo ist und einen freundlich begrüßt, ich fühlte mich da ziemlich verloren. Die ganze Raumatmosphäre ist zudem irgendwie ungemütlich und kühl. Von der gefliesten Treppe, bis zur Farbwahl, und der Yogaraum-Optik an sich. Aufgrund der professionellen Internetpräsenz fällt dies vielleicht nochmal mehr in's Gewicht, aber irgendwie ergab sich ein kaltes und inkongruentes Gefühl. Nicht furchtbar alles, aber auch eben nicht so toll :)

Tolles Yoga-Studio!!

War mit meinen classes bisher sehr zufrieden :) tolle Lehrerin, gute Atmosphäre, perfekte Mischung aus Anspannung und Entspannung.

Richtig schön, was Cathrin und Bettina aus dieser schönen Location gemacht haben. Das neue Interior ist so schön frisch und besonders, da macht die Praxis noch einmal besonders viel Freude.

Liebevoll gestaltetes Studio mit toller Atmosphäre. Gutes Kursangebot und nettes/kompetentes Lehrer:innen Team. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Super tolle Yoga Sessions

Should not treat Urban Sports Club Users as people of second class (e.g. by not letting them participate) due to a failing registration system/ bad customer data management.

Cathrin and Bettina have conjured up a wonderful gem in Cologne's southern city. The course offering leaves nothing to be desired and the team around them is great! Highly Recommended!

The Studiosüd is a place to feel good, flow and have inspiring encounters. I am very happy that Bettina and Cathrin and other great yoga teachers make this possible and give this place a very special feeling!<3

Great new and very diverse course program. Something for everyone. And above all, a great team with very competent teachers. It's fun to practice regularly here!
