Ich hatte über Bucherer meine Garantiekarte bei Ihnen in Köln eingereicht gehabt weil die Qualität der Folie so miserabel war, dass die Folie nach 6 Jahren sich komplett gelöst hat. Nun hat Rolex in Köln sich geweigert die Folie zu kleben oder zu ersetzen. Nicht in der Lage einfach eine Folie von Ihre Karte zu ersetzen und lieber langjährigen Kunden vergrauln? Für diese miserable Qualität ist nur Rolex verantwortlich. Stattdessen wurde mir eine teuere und sinnlose Revision für 1000€ angeboten um eine Papierersatzkarte zu bekommen. Was läuft den bei Ihnen noch alles verkehrt? Und was seid Ihr für faule Abzocker? Service und Qualität ist hier ein Fremdwort und somit ist diese Saftladen für uns gestorben.
