    Worst of the worst... The SA is racist to asian and middle east ppl, while both we entered and waited for 5mins+ no SA serve even two of them are free. Then The White walk in was serve immediately without any appointment. We ask for assistant and just ask to be wait till no time. After 20mins, several white is served and i can see no queue outste but the middle east client was reject to enter. What a shame for those SA! One of them is even a Chinese. Shame of you LV

    We got nice reception. Big smile with an agent called A.H. He waited for us. Explained well all the characteristics of the LV bag. The bag has a warranty for 2 years. We got the tax-free documents. And all the necessary information. We appreciate the time and the energy and warm welcome. I would give 5 stars. But still, I would say if the next time the same agent I would come again. Thanks A. H

    RACIST to Asian. If you have Asian face and would like to visit there, please be prepared to accept impolite staffs. The staffs behaved impolite until we leave. Whatever we asked, the staff always grumbled with other staff. Whatever we chose, the staff said I do not like this design and other products are better. We did not ask about the opinion to the staff, but he continued underestimating our sense and choice during the shopping. This is the first brand that I experienced racism in Europe. It's very unfortunate due to the staff who thinks like the staffs themselves are high class people and they DOMINATE the customer. Channel, Dior or any other high-end brands do not do like this. LV headquarter has to investigate about who is damaging the brand value and strongly suggest to fire the staff.

    Had the worst customer experience ever in a LV store. The staff ought to be fired for being so rude. She told me sternly that I cannot touch their product and instructed me to wait for a service staff! Her voice was so loud that the rest of the customers stared at me. Such an unpleasant and bad experience.

    My experience today in LV store in Cologne was not very good and I am upset about the manager, believe her name is Shiba..... my personal feeling is that she is discriminating non German customer. Can you believe that she was asking my friend if they can go inside after waiting for more than 30 mins, they are not allowed to ask questions.when we ask for her business and said that we will complain about her she said that if she givs us the business card, then we can leave the store.

    First time at an LV store that I wasn’t assigned a sales associate to help me. Lady at the door was friendly enough. When I was walking around, a sales associate almost bumped into me and made a face at me. No other help was offered to me. So glad the bag I wanted was not in stock at the shop, I would hate to give my business to them.

    Worst customer service in this store!Profiling,discriminating customers is common in this store apparently! LV management should start some cleaning rather than relying on the brand name to sell their products. Thank you for giving us good reasons to buy from Gucci and not looking back at LV store in Cologne!

    I think this is the worst LV shop I have been to. The quality of the sales team is worse than C&A OR HM. I think I have to write a claim to the global and hope some improvement can be done to help the customers in this region. TERRIBLE, the one hour shopping inside suffered.

    Very nice store with a long history. Even more beautiful after the renovation with two floors. The staff is super friendly, accommodating and very competent. The consultation with Mr. Souveryns and Ms. Landermann is highly recommended, but the entire team is also great. For sure it's an Store to experience and enjoy

    Worse shop ever even when i compare it to a low end brand. They keep u waiting outside in the cold, then after hours u go in; they treat u like a child in the naughty corner you cant move even to see with no touch. And then they would give u false information on availability . Worse salesperson caroline and training manager that is nothing like a manager

    Becarful if you will buy or get a Voucher they are writting everything in german but only the date is in english and you have to guess that the date is in other format, I didn't understand their logic tbh but they have to review that because isn't normal at all!!!

    This is THE worst one ever. Expect to wait for at least couple of hours before you can go in. I think they purposely make you wait for some reasons. You see people coming out but they won’t let you in. If you are wanting to shop for tax refund I suggest you to shop in Italy as much as possible and avoid to shop in Germany or Austria. I always have to wait at least 5 times more in Germany and Australia. Both countries have low stock of inventory and lower tax refund.

    The tall thin lady infront of gate is stupidly and arrogantly dealing with guests , imagine she allowed my girls to enter with my wife and did not allow me ! Just wait ! Although i said to her we r family and iam the one to pay for them ! After that she intended to skip me to one behind !! I will spread that to all website - she by this behaviour hamed my dignity , although my family bought something but i feel sorry for that ! Doind that kind of job will distort image of this Brand! Personally i will never buy from it Regards

    After visiting a few Louis Vuitton shop with purchases in Germany, Köln outlet is still the best. Even though me and my family had queued outside the shop for sometime, we were greeted with politeness when being ushered into the shop. We were attended to by a knowledgeable and friendly sales staff, always with a smiling face. Despite going into the store numerous times to bring out and show us different bags and colors, she still served us with patience. With her great advice, my wife bought the bag after her recommendation and we were very happy with the purchase. We will be back again for the great service and will recommend to others.     Had to wait 40mins before entering the store, and while you're waiting you see people just being let into it (they have an appointment) but there was zero explanation from the staff to explain to people in the queue why were others entering first or how to make an appointment. Even entering the store, we were made to wait another 20mins for a sales staff to attend to us. In the end, one of the things that I wanted was unavailable and it would have been nice to know earlier (the staff could check with us in advance) so I wouldn't have to spend one hour waiting. Product range was okay, not the biggest. Definitely expecting better service and experience from a luxury brand.

    Time to receive service was high, waiting outside for admittance, then waiting inside. The service once past that was exemplary! The staff was very good, Alisha M, and Caroline G, helped us and could not have been more helpful, nor more professional. After the sale was complete, Caroline took the time to explain about the source documents of a reticulated python skin decoration of a purse that we had only looked at, but, misunderstood the meaning of. It wasn't required of her, but she took the time to do it.

    My shopping experience in this Louis Vuitton boutique was really really nice. I was a bit concerned before visiting because of those bad reviews on google map. Also I was really curious about how racist they can be ( many reviews show they are racist toward Asian). But being a Asian girl, my shopping experience was not at all like those bad reviews. The lady, Patricia, who was my shopping assistance not only looked for the bags I want, but also noticed my taste and gave me a lot of good suggestions! You may say that I was lucky to meet the only good sales in the shop. It’s really not the case. All the others I met in the shop was extraordinarily friendly and have no trouble to take my stupid jokes. This shop is definitely highly recommended if you want some nice luxury shopping experience.

    It's my first time visiting LV store in Cologne. The staff named Shiba was very polite and friendly. I could recommend you to get her service when visiting this store. Another staff seems unfriendly especially for the tourist like me from Asia. I give 5 star because of Shiba's service. LV should training their staff for being friendly to all over customers whenever they're from. There's another staff in cashier and also a Turkish staff was very cold even I go for purchase 2 bags. But Shiba is perfect. She great me warmly and politely

    I was not allowed in the store. I arrived with my 4 months old baby with the intentions to purchase a bag and i was told i had to wait outside the empty store. It was 5 degrees celsius so i asked if i could wait inside the store and the very unfriendly SA said i could not come inside the store until she would be done talking to the one (and only person) in the store who by the way was not purchasing anything.

    Not as great as they used to be... I've been going there since 2001, looks better but they didn't have as much as they used to. Clothes has taken a big part of it... lines are expected and their selection is not as big. The associate was great though 🌞 got to say that is still worth it, quality is still the same as the 1990's ...

    Nice store, staff is very nice and friendly. Shiba the sales rep with us was awesome. She helped us greatly with a complicated process of refunds and tax free claims. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to buy from there.
