Overall good experience. We had to wait a few minutes for an English speaking associate which we didn’t mind. She was helpful and I got exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately she mentioned they are closing the store soon and the closest to that are would be Düsseldorf.

We bought an expensive item, told them we'd come back to pick it up in an hour and they closed the store early so when we arrived, no one was there.

Hi, post sales service is definitely to praise. Normally the lead time to fix is long due to summer holiday but the director helped me with the best option in my case. During my revisit, asst store manager helped and she is an angel, showed and explained all the new items and even explain history in the pieces. I'm very lucky to meet this team in Cologne. I will definitely be back and stay loyal. Again thank you so much :) including your patience as I can be quite aggressive sometimes. Love love this store.

Whenever you are at Hermes in Cologne, ask for Mr Bakovic. He is very professional, super friendly and helpful. Very impressed.

My visit at the Hermes Store in Cologne was a truly great experience, the service was extremely helpful and welcoming. While the outside of the store is under construction, the inside turned out to be nice with a lovely atmosphere. I was served by Mr Zilke, who was so attentive, friendly and welcoming. I came out with everything i wanted (and even a little bit more :) Definitely recommend to my friends and will come on my next trip to Germany.
