Had the first meal of 2024 here. Staff were friendly and gave good recommendations. The store was clean and service was fast. Portions are always big and tasty. I would recommend the bacon cheeseburger. Their fries are the best and shakes are also good.

It is more tasty and it seems they use high quality stuff for preparation of the food. If you are a Burger lovers do not miss Five Guys. You can find it almost everywhere in big cities in Germany.

A casual place next to the Dom, they have a good service and helpful people. It is a good place for smashed burger lovers. A milkshake is a must there. I tried the peanut butter milkshake. First of all, I love Five Guys. But this one was the worse I've ever visited. All orders were made wrong, buns were cold, sodas warm, no mayo, and super slow service. The only good thing about this one was the music selection. Very disappointing.

Reasonable priced menu! Tasty burgers & fries. Friendly staff. They have 15 free sauces for the burgers and you can refill your mayo & ketchup unlimitedly, unlike with KFC or any other fast food chains here. Cheeseburger fairly pricy at 11:50, but what was it like? Well, pretty good. Had a home made feel about it. Fries piping hot and on point. If I had a few criticisms I would say the onions were in big chunks, bit overpowering, and the burger was overdone for my tastes (although they do say they are cooked well done to be fair). Utilitarian decor with an American feel, the bright red a bit much. Staff very friendly. Overall, very good, will visit a five guys again!

Gesamturteil sehr gut. Ich hatte den "normalen" Bacon-Cheese Burger mit 2 Rindfleisch Patties, 3 mal Käse und 2 mal Bacon. Zusätzliche Toppings kann man kostenlos dazu ordern, was am Ende wirklich alles auf dem Burger ist kann jeder nach eigenen Vorlieben selbst entscheiden. Dazu hatte ich eine kleine Portion Pommes, die Portion war aber schon mehr als ausreichend. Der Burger hat mich entgegen vieler Bewertungen doch überrascht, sehr gut und relativ viel. Dadurch ist auch der Preis von 9,90€ angemessen. Die Pommes waren auch sehr gut, kein Vergleich zu dem Mc Müll.

I know Five Guys from long ago in the US and so happy to find it in Köln. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger all the way and medium fries. To my surprise it doesn’t taste like in the US but still a good burger. The fries tasted very good as I remembered them. Service was very very friendly (cashier and kitchen). Tables and sauce‘s stations were very clean and organised. Trash is kind of separated. Congratulations to the team!

Five Guys is my favorite burger place since American visits few years ago. I was surprised to see it also here in Germany 👌🏽 Burger was excellent, fries cannot be compared to dry and tasteless Mc fries. Prices are higher, indeed, but they are worth it. A standard five guys if you have visited one before. This one has the advantage of seating inside and outside, and is located super close to the köln dome or the cologne cathedral (the most visited place in germany) If you have not been to a five guys before, it will be interesting. The burger is a bit expensive (almost 10 EU)...but worth it. They let you choose any number of options on it...and provide a ton of french fries even when you order a small one. So enjoy this place, if you wish to chill out in the area for a bit!
