Some quiet music/melody in the background would have been great too.

We had fun in the "prison" escape room. Unfortunately not all instructions were in English (we speak German, but requested the room in English to be sure we would understand everything) and most puzzles were pretty "standard" as they mostly relied on padlocks. The look of the room was ok, nothing special. Otherwise we were happy with our experience.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We were in constant communication during the Corona period because we had a voucher that would have expired on May 20th. We had to call constantly before we could even reach anyone. The lady ("Maria") didn't really help us, it seemed like she had no idea. When it was possible again we booked the Titanic room. One day before the booked appointment, I called Maria again to find out whether there were any restrictions. According to you, everything was fine. We then drove 80km to Cologne. As we stood at the door we saw that our room had been canceled 45 minutes before the appointment! Our money has not been refunded to date. Never again!!!

They were very helpful here. It was a very fun time, too. The clues are mostly for adults, do if you're bringing kids (my experience), then you may have to help them from time to time. The Sherlock Holmes story was nice. Everything else seemed to have a horror theme, which definitely isn't for children. And even though they sell drinks there, they were okay with us bringing our own drinks in.

Were in the prison room. This was truly one of the best escape rooms I have visited so far!! Exciting from start to finish although it took us a few minutes at the beginning to really get into it. There were 4 of us in total which was a good group size. I wouldn't recommend more people. :)

Fun to break out - air gets a bit smelly after some time - not enough ventilation. But the game is nice.

Diese Sorgen waren vollkommen unbegründet! Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt, wir hatten Zeit zum ankommen, uns wurde der ganze Ablauf und die Story toll erzählt. Die Begleitung während des Spiels über die Walkie-talkies war genau richtig. Der Raum und die Rätsel haben uns gefallen. Our first booked appointment, which was in April, had to be canceled due to Corona. Unfortunately, the voucher was only valid for half a year, which was not mentioned anywhere when purchased and is also not legally permissible. After weeks or months of emails and phone calls with a woman who unfortunately seemed very incompetent and unfriendly and didn't respond to emails until a week later at the earliest, we were 'allowed' to book a new appointment in August. We also received a confirmation by email about this booked date 2 months in advance in June. 3 hours before our appointment, after we had already traveled 240 km to Cologne, we received an email that it was not possible to organize the room for the desired date. Instead, we were offered an appointment 4 hours after the original appointment. This didn't suit any of us (there would have been four of us) and what's more, even after 8 months of planning, we were completely fed up and had absolutely no desire to visit the Quest Room at all. So we wrote back an email saying that we didn't like it and wanted our money back and called about 6 times during their opening hours, unfortunately we had to click through the annoying telephone announcement 6 times in vain. About 1.5/2 hours later we were called back and had a man on the line who told us again that our appointment could not be kept. We then told him that we didn't want to come anymore and wanted the money back. He was understanding and assured us that he would also confirm by email that we would get the money back. So far we have not received any such email or our money. If this continues, we will certainly hire a lawyer. Conclusion: Save yourself the stress and hassle and book somewhere else!
