We
bought
a
voucher
in
December
2019
to
give
as
a
gift
for
Christmas.
Our
first
booked
appointment,
which
was
in
April,
had
to
be
canceled
due
to
Corona.
Unfortunately,
the
voucher
was
only
valid
for
half
a
year,
which
was
not
mentioned
anywhere
when
purchased
and
is
also
not
legally
permissible.
After
weeks
or
months
of
emails
and
phone
calls
with
a
woman
who
unfortunately
seemed
very
incompetent
and
unfriendly
and
didn't
respond
to
emails
until
a
week
later
at
the
earliest,
we
were
'allowed'
to
book
a
new
appointment
in
August.
We
also
received
a
confirmation
by
email
about
this
booked
date
2
months
in
advance
in
June.
3
hours
before
our
appointment,
after
we
had
already
traveled
240
km
to
Cologne,
we
received
an
email
that
it
was
not
possible
to
organize
the
room
for
the
desired
date.
Instead,
we
were
offered
an
appointment
4
hours
after
the
original
appointment.
This
didn't
suit
any
of
us
(there
would
have
been
four
of
us)
and
what's
more,
even
after
8
months
of
planning,
we
were
completely
fed
up
and
had
absolutely
no
desire
to
visit
the
Quest
Room
at
all.
So
we
wrote
back
an
email
saying
that
we
didn't
like
it
and
wanted
our
money
back
and
called
about
6
times
during
their
opening
hours,
unfortunately
we
had
to
click
through
the
annoying
telephone
announcement
6
times
in
vain.
About
1.5/2
hours
later
we
were
called
back
and
had
a
man
on
the
line
who
told
us
again
that
our
appointment
could
not
be
kept.
We
then
told
him
that
we
didn't
want
to
come
anymore
and
wanted
the
money
back.
He
was
understanding
and
assured
us
that
he
would
also
confirm
by
email
that
we
would
get
the
money
back.
So
far
we
have
not
received
any
such
email
or
our
money.
If
this
continues,
we
will
certainly
hire
a
lawyer.
Conclusion:
Save
yourself
the
stress
and
hassle
and
book
somewhere
else!
