    Friendly staff but didn't translate my driving licence properly after paying 60 euros and then when i went back to complain they were not even interested in knowing what it was to correct it so it doesn't happen again. I got no money back and wouldn't have got my german driving license unless the lady at the government knew what she was doing! Not happy about losing this money and being refused a refund!

    Level of communication is very poor and member are not treated as humans- this the worst experience - people working are rude and not helpful- I immediately cancelled my membership and switched to a better insurance
