The prices are a little higher than competitors, but the animals are definitely worth it. This includes not only the degree of rarity, but also the size of the respective animal and the number of polyps. Online ordering is progressing very quickly. Unfortunately, you will not receive a number for precise shipment tracking. Another thing worth mentioning here is the simple waiting list function if an animal is not currently available. After you have entered your email address, you will receive a notification as soon as the desired animal is back in stock. (You won't receive any spam emails.) Unfortunately I had to contact customer service with one of the first orders, but I can now say that they are very courteous, friendly and customer-oriented. There will definitely be more orders from me here.

Super Lieferung. War wirklich schnell, Schnecken und Korallen kamen in einem super Zustand an. Auch die kostenlose Koralle als Geschenk fügt sich super ein bei uns. Kann ich nur empfehlen, sind sehr zufrieden & finden es toll das sie sich um nachhaltig Verpackungen Gedanken machen!

I recently placed an order for 2 zoanthus, a euphyllia and a clavularia. Shipping was quick and flawless, unfortunately you can't choose a delivery date, which is a bit annoying if you're a professional. Almost all corals were in good condition, only the clavularia had 3!! Glass roses on only one offshoot stone and it also seemed to me as if there were far fewer polyps than could be seen in the wysiwyg picture.

Hallo, ich würde gerne ein Feedback da lassen. Ihr Shop macht einen guten aufgeräumten und übersichtlichen Eindruck, der Ablauf der Bestellung war gut, der Informationsfluss der Bestellung total zufriedenstellend die Preise der Korallen find ich auch super fair, Meine Paket, Bestellung Nr. 86748 kam unversehrt und gut verpackt an. Die Wassertemperatur hatte klasse 24grad, die Korllen sehen soweit gut aus, sehr schön cleane Ableger und über die zusatzkoralle hab ich mich auch sehr gefreut. Was mich nur geärgert hat waren ihre 3d gedruckten ableger plugs, welche ich nicht mit der Korallenzange abkneifen konnte und mir damit die Montiplatte zerkloppte. Mit einem dremel ging es dann... kleine Anregung.. evtl bei bestimmten korallen ( vorallem Sps mit Fußscheibe) doch andere plugs benutzen. Sonst bin ich sehr zufrieden mit meiner Bestellung und werde sicher öfter bei euch einkaufen! Gruss Michael Linser

Super wahre top verpackt gerne wieder

Habe mir die Pumpe von Red Sea reef run 7000 DC hier bestellt und muss sagen eine sehr laufruhige Pumpe mit viel Power. Dann noch mein Becken mit Korallen und Fische von Aquatropica in hervorragender Qualität bestückt. Die Preise waren auch sehr gut. Ich werde mir hier auch weiterhin mein Zeugs für mein Aquarium kaufen und mich beraten lassen. die Jungs hier haben sehr viel Wissen, was ich gerne mitnehme.

Ware wurde sehr schnell geliefert aufjedenfall werde ich wieder was bestellen. Danke

If you order over 100€ you will receive a coral for free. My tank is a soft coral tank, it's stupid if you get a stone coral as a gift (it was received every time) but you can't cancel it either. It's happened before Several corals were forgotten in my order. Sometimes the temperature in the box is much too warm and the animals look really worn out.

The shop makes a good, tidy and clear impression, the ordering process was good, the flow of information about the order was totally satisfactory and I also think the prices for the corals are super fair. My package came undamaged and well packaged. The water temperature was 24 degrees upon delivery, the corals look very good, very nice clean offshoots and I was also very happy about the additional coral.
