The
yoga
training
sessions
are
very
well
prepared.
A
lot
of
background
knowledge
is
conveyed
in
a
very
comprehensible
manner.
The
online
prevention
course,
which
lasts
10
weeks
(there
is
one
hour
every
week),
is
also
highly
recommended.
The
course
is
a
lot
of
fun,
everything
is
explained
very
well
and
this
course
is
also
recognized
by
the
health
insurance
company.
Unity
Training
is
a
very
special
gem
for
me
with
all
the
trainers.
And
I
can
only
recommend
Unity
Training
to
everyone.
There
is
an
extensive
offer
on
the
homepage.
Take
a
look
and
see
for
yourself.
Have
fun!
I
would
also
like
to
add
that
Unity
Training
also
has
CDs,
all
of
which
I
would
recommend.
At
the
moment
I
particularly
like
the
CD
“Meditations”
for
more
peace,
strength
and
more
life.
It's
training
against
stress.
Contents:
1
Welcome,
2
The
miracle
of
conscious
breathing,
3
The
smiling
observer,
4
The
power
word
anchor
and
5
Unity
-
unity
of
everything.
I'm
currently
taking
the
meditation
teacher
course.
And
part
of
that
is
the
yoga
philosophy
course.
Florian
takes
you
on
an
exciting,
profound
journey
through
history
and
knows
how
to
link
thousands
of
years
of
philosophy
with
real
life
in
the
here
and
now.
This
is
real
mindfulness.
The
question
is,
what
can
I
do
with
philosophy
today?
And
Florian
gives
very
valuable
ideas
about
this.
It's
super
exciting
and
always
well
presented
(hand
out,
pictures,
white
board,
etc.).
I
am
very
happy
that
Unity
Training
conveys
so
many
important
things
in
a
cheerful,
easy,
friendly
and
profound
way.
It's
what
really
counts
and
has
meaning.
Six
pack
in
the
head
(book
and
CD)
meditation
If
you
want
to
learn
meditation
in
a
practical
and
systematic
way,
the
book
and
CD
"Six
Pack
in
the
Head"
are
a
guide,
learning
path,
and
source
of
advice
and
information
that
are
suitable
for
everyday
use.
A
very
loving
view
of
meditation
is
from
Nicole
Roewers,
who
writes,
"Meditation
is
an
act
of
self-care
and
self-love.
And
we
can
all
use
a
little
more
of
that."
So
it's
up
to
you
to
do
something
great
for
yourself.
Thich
Nhat
Hanh
is
quoted
as
saying:
"Peace
begins
with
each
of
us
taking
care
of
our
bodies
and
minds
every
day."
At
the
beginning
of
the
book,
Florian
Heinzmann
is
quoted
as
saying,
“The
source
of
all
strength
lies
in
one’s
own
mind.”
There
are
other
wonderful
quotes
in
the
book.
One
of
the
philosophy
systems
"Vedanta"
(Jnana
Yoga)
describes
that
our
true
nature
(Swarupoham)
Sat
(being),
Chid
(knowledge,
consciousness),
Ananda
(bliss,
bliss,
joy,
love)
is.
=
Satchitananda
Swarupoham:
My
true
nature
is
existence,
knowledge
and
bliss.
However,
according
to
Florian
Heinzmann,
this
true
nature
is
often
obscured
by
all
sorts
of
things,
so
that
we
do
not
recognize
the
joy,
the
happiness.
The
instructions
and
background
knowledge
in
the
book
and
the
CD
help
you
to
reach
a
state
of
meditation,
clarity
and
ananda.
However,
it
is
important
to
know
that
meditation
often
means
the
meditation
technique,
for
example
concentrating
on
something.
For
example,
on
the
breath.
But
meditation
is
a
falling
into
a
conscious,
very
clear
state
of
being.
In
order
to
reach
the
state
of
meditation
(dhyana),
meditation
techniques
(dharana)
are
used.
And
you
can
find
techniques
and
background
knowledge
in
the
book
and
on
CD.
Regular
meditation
training
has
been
proven
to
lead
to
six-pack
abs.
Research
areas
are:
1.
Meditation
leads
to
more
calmness.
2.
Meditation
strengthens
your
concentration.
3.
Meditation
strengthens
your
relationships.
4.
Meditation
makes
you
happy.
5.
Meditation
strengthens
your
health.
6.
Meditation
makes
you
live
longer.
The
book
and
the
CDs
are
highly
recommended,
very
well
structured,
comprehensible
and
suitable
for
everyday
use.
It's
best
to
try
this
out
yourself.
