Do not rely on what the receptionist says to this place.he said there they have 3bhk with AC rooms yep they had it but the flat had so much of repairs, rooms broken windows broken tiny room no kitchen..it's more over hourly based room rather than a guest house

The service was okay but wouldn't recommended to get Non AC rooms, Fan needs to be well maintained and No Towels and Bedsheets

This guest house gave a best service to me... It was very easy to access Keels, Majestic city, Bambalapitiya Railway station, Indian Embassy and all other important services from here... Actually there were few problems in room arrangement but they are negligible when compared to their customer service... Best customer service... Obviously I'm a solo stayer but I also recommend this guest also for a family to stay and enjoy a pleasant day...

These rooms are ok to stay. Prices are also ok in these rooms. But no food is provided here. Electrical is a mess in this room. Room services are good. If you don't have any other option to stay in Bambalapitiya you can stay here. And this guest house is in the main location in Bambalapitiya and it's very near to bambalapitiya railway station - 700m and the majestic city is 800m.
