We stayed at Sea Breeze Guest House for one night, just before we left. It is very centrally located, so you can get to restaurants quickly and also to the beach. The host is super friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay.

My three-day stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. I found both the A/C and non A/C rooms to be exceptionally clean and cozy, providing a comfortable haven to relax and unwind. The staff members were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist, making our experience even more enjoyable. One of the best things about this hotel was the affordable price, which made it a fantastic value for the level of comfort and service offered. Additionally, the check-in and checkout times were very convenient, allowing us to seamlessly settle in and depart without any hassle. The hotel's location, near Negombo beach, was a real treat as we could easily access the beautiful coastal area. The hotel thoughtfully provided all the necessary facilities, ensuring that our stay was convenient and stress-free. Considering the cleanliness, comfort, friendly staff, and family-oriented atmosphere, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a great place to stay. The man working the front desk is wonderful, attentive and thoughtful. We paid extra for AC as we needed to dry out from the rain and room ended up being 5500 a night with still no hot water. There's better value elsewhere.

My recent visit to Sea Breeze Guest House had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to Browns Beach and the city center. The staff were friendly, providing a warm welcome.I didn't like the lack of soundproofing in the room, which made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the absence of a table in the room was inconvenient. Despite these hiccups, my stay was enjoyable.

Better cheap price of Ac Rooms & Non AC rooms, Customer satisfaction in very much appreciated. I really enjoyed with my family, We can discuss and order breakfast & dinner. This was my second stay at Sea Breeze Guesthouse. All the staff are welcoming and helpful. I stayed in the garden room with a/c, which is very spacious, with windows that open up and views of the courtyard garden. Every room/bathroom is immaculately clean as is the kitchen area. The kitchen has all the appliances needed for a self catering stay. I would most definitely stay here again if and when I return to Negombo.

If you plan to visit Negambo browns beach for an affordable budget, this place will serve as a wonderful place with clean, spacious environment. This is an apartment with a kitchen, dining area and separate bed rooms. All the staff are welcoming and helpful. Food was very delicious.  Portion sizes were reasonable. Value For Money.
