I got my braces done here. We paid in instalments, and the doctor was good and attentive while were still paying. But as soon as we finished paying the full amount, he became lazy, wouldn’t properly check my teeth and was in a hurry to get my appointments over with. Then soon after, (and in my opinion too early), on a random appointment day, without even notifying me, he took them off. (I’m assuming so that I would stop my visits.) His attitude changed when there was no more money coming in. Would NOT recommend. There are better dental clinics in Colombo.

I had a terrible experience with this dentist. I had a root canal done and developed an infection. Despite multiple follow-up appointments, the issue was not properly resolved and I ended up having to go to a different dentist to get the problem fixed. My mother also had a root canal done by this dentist and she also developed an infection. The dentist seemed more concerned with charging us for additional procedures and appointments rather than making sure the root canals were done correctly in the first place. He even suggested additional work that was not necessary and should have been dealt with in the first place, instead of addressing the root of the problem. Furthermore, I still have slight pain, which should have been completely resolved after the root canal treatment, but he suggested more treatments, which I found quite surprising and disappointing. The office staff were also not very helpful or sympathetic to our situation. They were more focused on getting payment for the procedures rather than addressing our concerns and providing appropriate care. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. He lacks the necessary skills and knowledge to properly perform root canals, and his priority seems to be making money rather than providing quality care to his patients.

I called this place to get an appointment and was informed that they will not be able to fix me as their fully booked. Then I had to explain the receptionist that I'm on a short vacation in Sri Lanka and I have no time to obtain a prior appointment, and it is extremely urgent. Few minutes later got a call and and informed that they could fix me in between on going appointments as my urgent requirement. Awesome👍👍👍 amazing customer care and truly impressed. Dr Ibrahim is a super cool easy going guy with no drama pretty straight forward. Fixed my issues with highly professional advice for after care. Highly recommend this place for any one who has no referral or recommendation to select your dentist. Even the professional fees are Rock bottom reasonable. Thanks allot and all the best. I absolutely adore my whiter, brighter smile - it really does give you a confidence boost when people comment on your lovely, white smile. I had my veneers done at the Dental Implant Center and the results are just amazing. The clinic is state of the art and I was treated very nicely by the staff and the dentist. Thank you to everyone at the practise.

I had pain in the upper gum and all the other doctors coudn't find the reason why, even after providing the all the x-rays they requested. Dr. Inayathullah understood on the spot that I needed a root canal treatment and the huge pain wanished. I also had three crown fixed on my teeth, one frontal. Everything went very well, without any complications. As already mentioned Dr. Inayathullah is taking his time and is precise at his work. There are always patients and calls for reservations in his clinic. Thank You Doctor!

UK citizen holidaying in Sri Lanka. Wanted to undertake cosmetic treatment whilst I was in Sri Lanka as it would be significantly cheaper than in the UK. Dentist was very understanding/patient, and took the time to explain my options and agree a treatment plan. The treatment itself was fast, efficient and went as we planned. The dentist has a real aesthetic/cosmetic eye for detail, and I came out with excellent results - better than anticipated. Even when there was a delay in the production of a crown from another dental lab, the doctor (and his nurses) stayed late and actually drove to the lab to pick up my crown so that I could catch my outbound flight on time. I should also mention that the dental nurses were very friendly, and also made me feel at ease during the procedure. I would advise always calling ahead to confirm your appointment. Will be coming back here every time I am in Sri Lanka Antony T

Not very happy with the clean up received. Normally visit another dentist who does a perfect job, but due to COVID she doesn’t practice anymore. Basically I called beforehand and asked the charges for the clean up. Which was said to be 3000 rupees. That was fine so I went ahead with confirming the appointment. When I went inside the doctor was very nice. Spoke very well regarding other treatments I was considering etc. But my clean up was not to the level or standard I expected. It was rushed and was painful. Plus the nurse kept painfully jabbing the suction thing into my mouth to get the water out and it kept hitting the underside of my tongue. I still thought it could be fine but when I went home and examined my teeth I was very disappointed. Not happy at all. To top it off I go out after the clean up to pay by card. The receptionist asks me if I have 500 rupees. I asked for what, and she said ‘appointment charges’ I was confused and said I thought it was 3000 for the appointment. She said yes, 3000 plus another 500 for the appointment. I said well I have some cash but I prefer to keep that and pay by card. Can u just charge that to the card. She said ‘no I need the 500 in cash. The 3000 only I can charge to the card.’ Honesty never have I faced such a thing. If it’s a legitimate charge for the appointment. They should be able to charge it to the card. Very strange. When I informed her why she told me the charge for the clean up was 3000 when I called, and now 3500. She just said ‘sorry ma’am’. It’s not about the money but the transparency and why can’t they put that onto my card? Also, due to COVID I prefer to deal mainly by card and not handle cash unless absolutely necessary. That and the unsatisfactory clean up. I would not recommend.

The clinic was very nice and the doctor is very comfortable with me. The staff was very friendly specially thanks to sindhuja she was very helpful..

After 4 days of tooth extraction I am still suffering from the pain. My cheek is swollen and Gum is damaged. I don’t recommend this place
