I have visited the apartment many times over the years, and the security is very arrogant and harsh, not friendly at all , still using big A4 size forms to fill , not convenient at all , they wanted to park my bicycle 🚲 on the road to fill the form, people who came in vehicles entered without filling anything, worst security people I've ever seen .

I was here to conduct business providing them with my services. It's a great building and is well maintained. Safety and security is quite well organized.

NO virtue at all!!! The weekend party music volume is unbearable loud and lasts late at night. Nearby residence can not sleep because the noise. To the manager of this residencies: Please decrease the volume and turn off the music before 9:00 PM. Thank you.

It's an old building, but very well maintained, Superb apartment compex. Everything is there pool gym, squash quart, banquet hall, good security as well
