This is quite a new hotel (open since Jan 2024) a bit away from downtown. Tuktuk to downtown is about 500SLR, about $1.5. The rooms are so big, modern and nicely equipped that is it enjoyable to stay there. Anything clean, a modern bathroom and very good AC. At roof top there is a pool and a great view to the ocean. The service is extremely nice and helpful. Here you feel like a GUEST and not like a number as in big hotels. I recommend this place for a stay in Colombo. Also some nice Coffee places are around so you won‘t starve or die of thirst here ;-)

Hotel recently built and inaugurated. Everything is clean, beautiful and perfect, smiling and caring staff. Hopefully unlike many hotels in Colombo, they maintain these standards. Good luck :)
