One of the best place to Dine In inside One Galle Face Mall, Basement.. Foods are delicious.. 😋 Enough space for about 50 people to dine at once.. 👨‍👧‍👦 Exceptional customer service.. ☺️ It took some time to prepare the meal.. Burger King Serves the best Burgers🍔 French Fries are delicious🍟 Also the soft drinks are fresh🥤 This place have a clean & calm environment🛋 The only problem is Burger size is pretty small🤏

I wanted to try out burger king for some time now. Didnt had the pleasure. I always go for the affordable and most value for money options when i am trying for the first time. Gotta say the vibe and service is absolutely no issue at all. But the food is very average and i do not know why the hype, the BK rice is exactly same as KFC rice. The burger is not the top 10 tastiest i have ever had. And it costs 3000 for single person in an affordable options. The foods are tasty-ish. But definitely not worth for the money. But in one galle face, i guess its okay, if it is for hunger only. Portions are exceptionally small. And it's a 1300 worth burger, if i remember.

The Burger King 🍔 restaurant I visited was clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant dining experience. However, I was disappointed with the iced milo that I ordered as it taste like water 💦 with sugar 🧊 . On the positive side, the lava cake dessert was delicious and definitely a highlight of the meal. That being said, I didn't feel that the lava cake was worth the price, and I left feeling slightly unsatisfied. Additionally, the manager didn't seem particularly friendly or welcoming to customers, which detracted from the overall experience. Overall, while the cleanliness and comfort of the Burger King restaurant were notable, the iced milo and manager's demeanor left something to be desired. If you're looking for a quick bite and don't mind less-than-stellar customer service, this might be an option, but there are likely better choices out there. ⚠️

The food is fine, but the customer service is unsatisfactory. I had some OGF e-vouchers with me, and when I tried to redeem them, they were deducted from my account. However, they claim that their system does not show it. Unfortunately, I lost my e-vouchers and had to pay in cash for the food. The OGF officers assured me they would re-add the vouchers. Let's see.

Its always give us wonderful experience and we usually celebrate having food in burger king. All branches we visited and found same taste, staff is very polite and friendly.

I recently tried one of their rice at one galle face outlet , and unfortunately, the experience was not up to par. The rice, which used to be tasty, now lacks the same flavorful appeal. It seems like there might have been a change in preparation or ingredients. I hope the restaurant considers revisiting the recipe to bring back the enjoyable taste it once had. Overall, a bit disappointed with the recent changes in the rice dish.

Had to visit this place to have meal for my son who is 5 years old where he wanted to have kids meal. surprisingly they don’t give any other option apart from Coca Cola which i believe not even healthy for adults . paid extra and got some fresh juice. not recommending for kids meal here. choice is yours.
