Decided to try the veg options and the food was very delicious. The place has a very nice ambience and customer service was top notch. Veg biryani and fried rice had some nice flavours and the Gobi Manchurian was absolute best! Overall a very nice experience and will definitely go back to try non veg options.

It’s just that the seating is arranged in a manner where there isn’t enough privacy between the tables and heavily disappointed by the amount of chicken that was in the Dum- Biriyani. The economical crisis has hit all sectors equally and they ought to maintain the quality of the food since they’ve increased the prices, but sadly they’ve reduced the amount of chicken pieces and increased the prices as well.

It was an okay experience. Waiters should attend outside seating area diners also, We had to go and tell them after multiple attempts to catch their attention just to order something to eat. I saw a typical Sri Lankan village vibe with the waiters they care only about the people who come with big vehicles and talk poshly. The food was good. Atmosphere okay. Went for lunch with mom today. There was enough space for car parking. We ordered naan and chicken tikka masala and butter naan. We got chicken 65 as starters. I must say the chicken 65 was so delicious and there was a lot of flavour in it . But its abit expensive compared to the tikka masala. Chiken tikka masala was good as well and the naan was the best from everything 😍. Naan with that butter just melt down in your mouth. Really enjoyed the food. The food was served on time as well. Overall, we enjoyed it and loved the ambience of the place. Best to come with your family and enjoy the food.

Indian summer serves varieties of delicious North Indian Veg and non veg dishes made by its Indian chefs. Staffs are super friendly. Fresh food and the taste is really mouthwatering. Price is very reasonable. highly recommended if your around colombo or searching for authentic Indian cuisine. Best to try: Naan items, any chetti naad, pani puri, gulfi, masala tea.

Over priced , small portions, food was too salty, seems its not the same standard as it was when located on horton place. Such a shame as was one of the good Indian restaurants with wide menu. Now the Half portion was not even enough for 1 person let alone two. Waiters not trained well on menu or table setting. Hope they improve.

Limited parking space near the restaurant (only 3 slots) but the off-site parking is not very far. Location was good and easily accessible. Just on the Horton place few blocks away from taco Bell. I found the prices comparably high. A biriyani is in the range of 1000 to 1440 rupees.

I ordered biriyani sawans for a party only after talking to their staff about what and all included in the biriyani. They said they will be adding paneer as a substitute for chicken in a vegetable biriyani. They were responsive and quick to do it in a short notice. The amount of rice was adequate for 5 persons, like a kilogram of rice but the paneer added was like 50grams. It was so pathetic. It was just carrots and beans in it. I immediately told them regarding it, I just gave them the feedback. They said they would check and give me a feedback. It's a month now, they still didn't reply. It is not acceptable when they don't find it necessary to reply to their customer's feedback.
