Very disappointed in their food. Had the yellow rice with chicken. The fried chicken was as hard as a rock... Nearly broke my tooth. Not worth the 550 LKR. Never again!

You could make a run for this place if you're in the mood for all Sri Lankan cuisine. Their food is fine, except that from almost every single mouthful you get this strong lemongrass essence. It's okay for people who like lemongrass in their food but for someone who hates lemongrass trust me you won't be able to dine in her for goodness sake. They have a few varieties of cooked rice varying from white to yellow and biriyani and fried rice as well. I personally like the yellow rice. Their curries are lovely. They have curries like polos (where you won't find it quite often everywhere) they have different varieties of chicken as well like tandoori, masala and devilled. Then basics like pol sambol, dahl, ladies fingers and cabbage. Their food is also very spicy and you'd definitely need a drink to help you. I had a yellow rice and my Co had white rice with like 5 curries that I've mentioned above and it cost us a total of 1100 LKR. Their portions are satisfying too!! They also serve food like kottu, parata, veg and fish rottis etc. They have a branch ofv theirs on liberty plaza named Kumars sri Lankan hut and they serve a bloody satisfying pol roti with a spicy as hell lunumiris thatll keep you going througout the eve. They serve it only after five tho. Make sure you grab an ice cream after dining in these place. Haha!!

The food sucks. You charge Rs 450 for a sri lankan rice and curry. The spoon goes into the chatty and hardly anything comes out. Happazardly served ..tbe chicken is more often than not a bone. Your quality has gone down the tubes. 450 is a lot to pay for a mediocre lunch. And by the cashier served my lunch with no gloves on...he took the pappadam with his bare hands. Needless to say i did not eat the food. There is no point talking to the manager. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Worst place to have Sri Lankan food, they will charge you 450Rs for rice n curry or more for any of their other dishes but when it comes to serving the staff will make sure to serve you the smallest piece of fish, or chicken on your plate. You can spend half of what they charge for a full meal in Sri Lanka. Pappadam and fried chilly will be served bare hands, I don't think they have ever seen gloves.. cashier too serves while taking money and operating the machine. Being a Sri Lankan I'm highly disappointed of their service and no one is there to take a complain. Situated in the heart of Colombo inside Crescat Boulevard should be in high standard, at the moment it's pathetic and a total rip off.

Its not worth for the price they charge. Food is not tasty at all. Staff who are serving are very stingy when its comes to serving. They will serve the smallest quantity possible. Very low in food hygiene.There are better options when you compare the price and the quality than this place. Worst rice and curry i ever had in my life and the highest amount paid as well, Quality of the street lunch packets are far more better than this...

Located at food court on a basement floor of shopping mall. Very tasty local food for reasonable price. Good range. 10% disount with pay by card on weekdays.

Great food but service was lacking. They forgot items and didn’t ask what I wanted before serving.

Unbelivable value and such tasty curries!! Different selection every day and you can grab a beer at the next shop , eating here all 3 nights in Columbo. Very authentic Sri Lankan food.
