To
start
off,
we
were
not
even
greeted
at
the
door.
This
was
our
first
time
here
and
we
didn't
know
where
anything
was.
We
had
to
wander
in
quite
a
distance
when
a
waiter
,
mind
you
with
no
smile
nor
an
expression
of
being
sorry
for
the
inconvenience
showed
us
to
our
seat.
We
ordered
our
meal,
which
took
an
absolutely
long
time
to
even
come
to
us.
Mind
you
this
place
was
almost
empty
and
we
couldn't
even
understand
why
such
a
delay
took
place.
While
waiting
for
the
meal,
we
could
hear
the
conversations
of
customers
located
quite
far
from
us,
as
well
as
waiters
shouting
orders
to
chefs
and
vice
versa.
There
was
hardly
any
background
music.
The
ambiance
they
had
tried
to
set
with
the
lighting
was
completely
ruined
by
the
sounds
we
heard.
At
one
point
they
were
even
confused
as
to
who
ordered
what
dish
and
we
could
hear
them
discussing
among
themselves
as
to
which
customer
might
have
ordered
what.
I'm
sure
this
is
a
normal
occurrence
for
someone
to
forget
an
order,
but
why
be
in
ear
shot
of
the
customer
when
u
discuss
this.
Lastly,
the
food
itself
was
not
great.
For
a
restaurant
that
boasts
about
its
asian
cuisine.
They
didn't
do
a
good
job.
The
waiter
didn't
even
smile
or
was
pleasant
at
all.
This
was
our
anniversary
dinner,
and
safe
to
say
they
ruined
the
night
for
us.
They
did
give
us
a
cake
because
of
the
special
day,
unfortunately
it
scarcely
made
up
for
the
damage
done.
I
must
add
that
the
sushi
we
ordered
was
quite
delicious,
there
was
ample
parking
in
the
basement
and
the
toilets
were
quite
clean.
Other
than
that
it
was
not
a
pleasant
experience
at
all.
I
hope
these
problems
would
be
addressed
and
sorted
out
asap.
