One of the best place to spend your holidays ❤❤👍

First or all the staff here are really friendly, welcoming and helpful. We've stayed here twice, on arrival and on our last night in Sri Lanka. Despite being checked out, our flight was 3am the next day and we were welcome to leave our bags during the day, hang out in the evening, grab a shower and use the facilities. The rooms are clean, and the dining and lounge area are spacious in this colonial building. Thanks to the guys again for getting us a takeaway for a late evening meal and arranging the taxi.

There is a sports field near there that hosts live bands you can hear in the hotel. It may be only Saturday night. I left because it was loud. The manager seemed clueless and purported to not hear anything. The room build is weird -- the bathroom was added into the middle of the room with a partition around it and the bed squeezed into a side corner. It felt barren.

Nice people and good facilities near by to independence square.

Great location with friendly staff. The owner Deviyani (hope I got the spelling right) was super helpful with the places to visit and restaurants to eat and was always there to answer our many questions. The house itself was very spacious and the rooms, big. Kept the air moving in a hot place like Colombo. Thanks for having us. Loved it! P.S: loved the String Hoppers and the Pol Sambol for breakfast. YUM!!

The best place to stay in Colombo city center...the hosts are extremely helpful and supportive...the villa is clean, affordable and filled with positive vibes!!
