Those shops include bookshops, book publishers, plastic item shops, tea shops etc. Getting the lowest price cannot be guaranteed here. Because you have to have good bargaining power if you want to get the goods for lowest price. Even the prices are systemised you can reduce the price by bargaining if you are going to buy bulk. In sundays and holidays most of the shops will be closed. So always go in weekdays.

Bit unorganised and not very clean. Also, largely congestive and not very spacious. Parking is available but limited number of slots. Plus points are large variety of goods for very affordable prices. Especially if you want to buy in bulk.
