Absolutely arrogant manager! We came to return sandals that deformed after two weeks (one of them shrinked and deformed) and the ignorant didn’t even turn around to communicate with us. He didn’t agree to return nor exchange the product even if we had a original receipt. On top of all he stayed all time with his back to us and communicated through his employees. Such an impolite person.

I was a customer of this store from the beginning. Until today, I never faced this kind of bad experience in any shop in Sri Lanka. I went with my wife & my sister, and when we were browsing some guy who works in the store followed us throughout the store. It was a crazy following. I complained about this to their manager( the guy works at the cashier). And he was telling me that it is the normal procedure since there have been many thieves. So if you want to be followed throughout the store when you are browsing, go to this one. ( As I understand, they are profiling when you enter the store and follow, if they think you are not worthy for the shop. So dress well to get a better experience.) Very rude and unprofessional staff.

Worst customer service experience ever. Especially at the CCC outlet. Don’t expect warranty claims for electronic goods. Now it’s not the previous management as I’ve heard. Think thousands of times before purchasing a electronic good from here.

Bad service. Not too friendly and the best they do is simply say NO for everything when they have the items in store. Miniso please have appropriate sales man and the manager also wasn't helpful at all.

Very bad customer service. I went there to buy a headset. Price Rs 1390 , (2021 - 03 - 16) I bought it and gave 5000 rupees to the cashier, he told me . *Aiyo Maru Salli nadda, Ehnam Card Ekak Nadda Eken Gewanna.. * Then I told him I only had five thousand rupees .. Then he refused to sell me the headset , and said Gihin Salli * Maru Karan enna.. Maru Naha Api Laga * Several employees were there at the time, but none of them tried to help me. At least they did not even support me to Change my money from a nearby shop.. At that moment I saw another woman, she and I had the same experience inside the Miniso shop (CCC) A very bitter and bad experience ...

Good selection of stuff. Glad I had Bin and Milroy to help me navigate the store. They were very hospitable and treated me like a friend, not a customer.

Collection is generally limited to selfcare products and few electronic items, perhaps due to limited space.

I was so excited when I found out that there is a Miniso in Sri lanka. I'm not too sure if there are any other branches, (i think one gall face has one?) but this branch was just perfect! I loved it. Has super cute stuff!

Clean, calm and collected- although quite a small enclosure, with quality but not great quantity in its goods- although irreplaceable in product quality and brand label, the outlet in itself could use greater variety and more frequent restocking of all its products.

Even though they published that they allow discounts, the staffs were not aware of the applicable items and percentage. Their reply was; if there is any discount, it will be applied at the time of make the payment. Even though the prices are very high, the quality of the products were also not upto the expectation and not upto the price paid.
