Their place has a superb atmosphere and the food is so tasty. plenty of parking available. And the variety of food is superb It's so sad that they shut down the other stores. The prices are very expensive but if you want to spend some time in your tea time this is really a good place.

Place was not so crowded. Price ranges are bit expensive and worth for some products. Few best products were not available at the moment. Both dine in & take is available. Customer Service is good. Limited space is available for parking.

Tried this place several times. Good quality of baked patisseries, & cakes. Good place to have a coffee Date. Bought their Lampraise few times. Good in quality & quantity.

Not so clean they don’t have wide range of hot beverages. They didn’t check the temperature that’s mean they didn’t follow the Covid-19 protocols. I got 2 things from there to eat but so only the rolls was better other one the small Squre pizza is the worst one I had. Normally I love to eat those from bread talk but today I totally dissatisfied and disappointed. Ice milo is too sweet and not recommended at all.

I dare say this is a very bad place and even they don't know how to respect their customers. Last 6th (October) we used this restaurant for business meeting with special person. When we had some iced coffee, the person in charge of the restaurant asked us to go out because they wanted to close this place. But none of them told us about the closing of the place before we sat down, bought coffee and sat at the table. Then they used their security officer to kick us out. We are currently working in a respected organization of the country. The behavior of this restaurant and the in-charge is very disrespectful.

I loved this place a lot. Used to go there when we went to vision care. In the past, their taste of food fascinated me since it was quite new to me. There was a huge selection of bakery products and I liked all about it. But recently I visited bread talk at union place and I just felt like prices are not worth now. Coffees are also slightly expensive than other coffee shops in Colombo. The taste of the food was too sweet for me. But I still like it. I will visit again.

It’s a very helpful place in Sri Lanka. Service crew is the best. More varies food. Important — koththu is the best item and new product. Come on just try it. Thank you !

Best place in Colombo if you want to eat something made out of wheat. Prices are little bit higher than the average. But the food in here is worth it. Doughnuts are the best! Many flavors and colors. Also they have mouthwatering cakes too. Also they have ample parking, and that’s a plus point.

Bought BreadTalk white and dark chocolate mousse. The dark chocolate mousse has gone bad!! Horrible!!!

Poor variety, service was not great. Our table was not cleaned from the previous customers so that was pretty gross. none of the covid precautions seemed to be enforced.

In fact, Breadtalk is where you should definitely go if you want to buy bakery products near Colombo town hall. Quality, taste, appearance, and price all considered, this is a place I would recommend to anyone else. Most of the time, I have bought cakes from this very tasty. Come here to enjoy your next meal too.

Good foods and many varieties, self served but not crowded. No soft drinks but you can get ice coffee and juice. Foods are tasty and considerably worth for the price tag

One of the perfect place which I had short eats. There is no any other place compared to this in Colombo. Many varieties. Prices are into higher side but foods are fantastic.

Foods are not served hot. Not even botherd to give atleast a paper plate insted served in polythene parcels . Seems they take over advantages of covid situation which is getting improved in the country. Upstairs in the dining area tables are not arranged properly and and there were remainants of meals of previous customers. Not worth the money at all. Really sad.poor service.

Various bakery items are available. However prices are way too high. All the food items are self serving. Parking space is available. Ground floor provides only paired seating arrangement. For groups, first floor is available. Seating is not comfortable. Shop's location at a very busy hub in the city and parking availability maybe the cause for the elevated price tags.

I ordered a BreakTalk coffee cake through Kapruka. It was so dry and tasteless.. Not fresh at all. Try not to give cheap cakes if you are charging somuch. Will not order again!

White and dark chocolate pudding is so delicious. Pricey but try once. It is available in some supermarkets as well like in the cargills at Colombo City Centre.

Good place to have food (There are various optons) but only few vegan food and not so crowded. Friendly and helpful staff. They offer Coffee ,espressos, nescafe and lattes too. Have a large , free parking lot.

They used to be very good. Now, hot chocolate is a joke and they have STOPPED offering Ketchup. Very rude and unhelpful staff. This is my 1st negative comment ever on Google maps. And last time coming to Bread talk. #breadtalksingapore these people will be a problem for your brand name aswell...

Food was surprisingly expensive

I always go to bread talk. But I visited bread talk 6 days ago after 2 years. There NO sweets. They really had a lot of it and they were delicious too!! But it was not shown when I visited there 6 days ago. I want em back pls!!!!

Bread talk is known for its baked products with flossy topping. While they try to localise their products with facinating names i food offered here is in to bit expensive side if you are a Fab or P & S fan. However their prawn rolls are worth the price but whats commendable is their cool iced coffe..try that on a hot day and you are in love wz the place.

Although their food is really delicious , the prices are way too high. The staff is however friendly and attentive.

Real pastry's valuable for prizes ..Love it.

Just two years ago I made a comment on with a 03 star "Everytime we make visit only few varieties are available Everytime we make visit only few varieties are available at BREADTALK WATTALA" Since yesterday I was calling BreadTalk Wattala inquiring whether they have "Baquette" and they informed its finished. When I called today (1819Hrs) to BreadTalk Wattala they stated that they no longer make "Baquette" - Wonder why the Quality is becoming down every day instead of increasing? The staff too has no patiences and they were in BIG HURRY to HANG UP. However I called just from opposite of Breadtalk to inquire and i see that there was absolutely NO CROWD on this POYA DAY. Their focus is on some other interest. VERY DISAPPOINTING Any particular reason why they have to stop production on this delicious french bread?

The service at union place branch is very very poor. We recently went there, the casier was not at all friendly. We bought some buns and was looking for a place to sit. At that moment no one was having foods in the ground floor, there were 4 tables, but none of them were cleaned. All tables had empty cups tissues, etc. Then we went to upstairs to look for a clean place to sit. The situation in the 1st floor was also same. It wad dirty and messy like a public canteen. I noticed the casier was free sometimes, but she didn't clean the tables (in Rajagiriya branch they do).
