We called into LFC at majestic City for a quick snack My husband had rice and chicken and I had chicken and fries The chicken was very dry and not very nice My French fries did not come with my chicken i they came out ten minutes later after I went and asked where they were I like my meal served together not separate which they did If they had told me my French fries had a 15 minute wait I would have asked them to serve all our meals together

I used to have tasty foods here but now taste is not expected level. Sometimes too oily. If you going little to this place, use stain road side entrance. It's more easy that going through MC. Check for available foods and then place the order.

Wow! The fried chicken was amazing here! I have no idea why KFC doesn't taste this good in the USA. Here the fried chicken was real delicious and crispy too! Get this... they have fried chicken biryani! And other chicken dishes you cannot find on any menus in the US! Service too was friendly and fast!

This place is a good place in majestic city easy access. But the food isn't that much worth. 2 regular biriyani was nearly 1000 rupees. As you can see in the pictures it was very little potion it won't enough for a child. So sri lankan KFC prices are much higher at not worthy. Service is good but they didn't produce sauce. When i asked he gave me one packet. Ac is not working there very hot inside the place. Not that much crowded. Feeling stress in there

This food is not worth eating let alone buying. To call this KFC is an insult to the franchise. The fried chicken recipe bears no relation to KFC. It is bland and constitutes 80% of the food due to the barest sliver of chicken it conceals. Some pieces of the H&C bites were JUST the tasteless batter with no chicken. Strips and zinger were tiny pieces of chicken. Sri Lankans stick to your much better valued local cuisine. Westerners don't be fooled by the brand for it is meaningless.

I went to this place on 8th of February 2023. Their service was deathslow and extremely poor. I was about to wait 40 minutes for my food and the workers was acting like the sloths 🙄. It was so hot inside, as they kept their Air-conditioner in 32'c Temperature. Cost cutting or what ? Food was good as usual.

It was not very crowded and service was quick, the KFC chicken was delicious and their chicken with rice is also good. All in all very clean and good service cashier Sanjeewan👍

Food is always like their quote, its finger licking good. Perfect place to hang out, chat and dine in or take away. Plenty of food items available.

Very worst customer service. Cost cutting is ultimate as we had to beg for the spoon,sauce and tissues. No wonder they will only give you the tray for the money you pay for food. Very rude behavior seen at this branch. I will never recommend this branch of kFC to anyone. They are ruining the goodwill of franchise also

This KFC restaurant's experience was my worst. The atmosphere and their service was good but the downfall goes to the food. It was a disaster.

The place is well maintained, but not perfect. I would only go there for Very casual meals. Food was good but the service could have been better. Felt like the staff had to be trained more. I would rate 8/10 for food (considering its fast food) and 6/10 for service.

Tasty as usual and compared to KFC in otherwise countries, these chicken has less oil and more seasoning. But chicken seems to be small and overall less in meal size. Not having change money is very common issue here. It is common thing to for people to Walkaway from here when they don't have change money (like rupees 5000 change for 1000-3000 rupees meal)

I went to this KFC for my lunch. Overall, I had a good experience. There may be some wait line during the afternoon, you have to wait after placing the order to get it. Almost everything on the menu was available. I bought the chicken rice and the submarine. It was very fresh. The french fries were not fresh. It can be said that it is suitable for a good dine-in experience.

Friendly service. Average space. No charging slots. If you need any charging slots, they are available in pizza hut and barista right opposite to the kfc.

Absolutely disappointed with their family meal option. The briyani rice that was served was undercooked and too dry as well. Their fried chicken on the other hand did not seem fresh at all. And it seems like they weren't coated properly before they fried. The place was not packed either so when you have few customers stopping by for lunch, I'm dead sure it would not be difficult for them to serve us a proper meal... Extremely displeased and frustrated with their meals...

Bland, boiled like, tasteless fried chicken. Never again! Definitely not goes with Sri Lankan pallete. Should be much spicier and tastier with rich marination, if you need to carve a niche.

They stopped serving their iconic ice cream a few years back and now they don't even have fries available. Standards have really dropped and the taste isn't really a saving grace anymore either. KFC needs to buckle up.

Waste service I ever had so far, employees used to treat the customer not in a good manner they are too much arrogant, Combo pack was waste of money. Taste was worst, rice was not boiled well.
