I like the place and the setup but went for a bad zumba class where this guy was completely avoiding eye contact with the students in class.. Doesn't bother about the people who are there to learn zumba.. Terrible experience, had to leave the class in the middle

Other than the gym body bar had a very sspacious and a central space to conduct workshops, dancing classes, workout classes etc. Parking space available. And the cafe nice but most of the times it is closed.

I went there to see the place. It was very nice. Modern equipment but not well maintained to be honest. Good instructors.

Perfect place to get back in shape or maintain. Which ever works for you. Good equipment, enough space, great coaches and experience all round if you are a beginner or an experienced individual. Early start avoids rush hours in the morning and evening for a comfortable workout.

Convenient location and good parking. Trainers are excellent especially Chamuth. Equipment needs upgrades badly but the trainers are the five star

An upscale gym in a calm Colombo neighborhood! More than their gym facilities they have some of the best work out classes in Colombo ranging from their Bollywood beat workout classes to Zumba! They have a good weekly schedule planned which is frequently updated!

Amazing facilities, great staff and located right in the heart of Colombo. They've got really cool daily programs with different kinds of dancing, yoga and wellness.

Its a good place , gym, Zumba is their. but it seems Ita on the expensive side. But for Zumba I think 3000/-for lessons. For the membership for the gym Its expensive. And it's very decent place to be.

Fell in love with this gym, I love dancing and this is the best place for dance classes in Colombo with great instructors and prefect environment.

Trainers are very helpful and friendly. Have enough equipment for weight training - not great, but not terrible either.
