I took my mom here for her knee problem and the consultation room was is in upstairs so the nurse who were their she was holding my mom smoothly in the stairs to the consultation room and am appreciate the staff who work here.Comparing to other hospital charges are less here. keep up the work

Do not book this place through echanelling. It’s a scam. When i asked the no show refund Echannelling Customer care said you have to ask that from the Clinic. and the Clinic staff said you go ask that from the echannelling. and doctor refunded his fee, when we talked to him. but not the clinic. When we include no show refund we expect it to be refunded when we don't show up. but what echanelling does is charge extra for nothing. i lodged a complaint on Echanneling but no action was taken for few months now.

Appointments can be made by calling in. Prices of tests and consultation fees are lesser than at hospitals. Well maintained and clean. Social distancing and all other health precautions are observed strictly. However, lack of parking is an issue. Street parking is available however availability of vacant slots is unpredictable.

A standard clinic, affordable charges, it will be nice if they upgrade the place

Worst costumer care ever. Waited more than one hour without been called to check, we had to remind them to call our number to check. There were patients after us went ahead without we been called. Worst costumer service.

Not recommended at all. if you willing to waste much time thats the ideal place. usually charge 2000-3000Rs per a session by Dr.Ruwan Ekanayake and you get like 5minutes of precious time to get medical advice, mean while promoting books and strictly advised to take medicine only from that pharmacy ect... and they got their ow lab to blood testing and ecg testing as well, not cleaned and maintain well. i believe main focus of money and loads of money. if you need to channel a doctor in private sector you will appreciate kind and explained diagnosis from the doctor and more friendly advices. thats the reason to go private channelling rather government hospital. not possible to expect it from here. better to go other private hospital than this, seriously bad business 👎

Staff is not at all helpful.when a dr gives a medicine that is out of the stock for a long period of time,patient has come to the clinic again to get the right medicine.whenever you try to contact the clinic they give excuses n delay the answer n ask the patient to take it easy when that person doesn't have medicine how the hell can u wait??? people pay n come then have to wait till they decide to give medicine.if the mistake is theirs they should give more attention n correct the mistake.if I can will give minus rating below zero.inhuman bloody idiots.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. I was taken care of very well. The clinic hosts a great range of specialists and prices are very affordable. Management is in the process of upgrading facilities and services so I can only expect better things in time to come.
