I
used
visit
their
dental
unit
frequently
due
to
having
not
so
strong
teeth.
Did
number
of
normal
fillings,
nerve
fillings,
crown
implants
etc.
Their
charges
were
always
high,
which
I
didn't
mind
at
all.
But
after
one
or
two
years
they
started
charging
something
under
title
channelling
fee
(apart
from
hospital
charges
&
doctors
fee).
I
asked
from
reception
what
is
that
for,
because
i
was
not
channelling
any
doctors,
I'm
just
going
to
my
regular
doctor,
which
most
of
the
times
for
continuous
procedures,
eg:
for
a
nerve
filling
which
has
few
steps
of
fillings,
so
that
i
have
to
visit
dental
unit
more
than
one
time.
Reception
did
not
had
any
answers.
they
just
said
it's
hospital
s
decision.
I
decided
it
was
ok,
because
I
still
believed
Asiri
is
a
large,
private
hospital,
their
care
is
good
so
it
would
still
be
worthy
to
pay
couple
of
extra
bucks.
Then
there
was
this
corona
situation
&
after
first
wave
&
election,
everything
changed
back
to
normal
&
I
had
to
visit
dental
again,
this
time
they
charged
extra
Rs.1000
under
title
Corona
precaution
charges
&
THAT
WAS
IT!.
No
matter
how
luxury
hospital
is,
its
useless,
if
it
doesn't
have
empathy.
Rs.1000
for
what
?
some
extra
sanitisers
?
I
mean
its
dental,
corona
or
no
corona,
you
cannot
use
same
equipments
for
second
patient.
I
asked
for
reception
what
kind
of
precautions
are
they
taking
for
rs.1000.
Their
answer
was
for
some
sanitising.
Totally
disappointing.
rs.
1000
is
not
a
big
deal,
I
just
do
not
like
their
approach
during
this
kind
of
pandemic
situation.
Just
pathetic.
I
Changed
my
hospital
&
doctor,
now
I'm
visiting
another
dental
care
unit
in
one
of
large
private
hospital.
&
They
are
giving
all
you
can
have
sanitisers
or
soap,
tissues
free.
No
extra
charges
for
precautions.
