Worst skin clinic I’ve ever been. Me and my mom went to this place July 2020.I wanted get laser hair removal and my mother wanted to get treatment for pigmentation.We made a full payment for both treatment on the first day because we never thought any person who call them self doctor can lie about treatments and results just for money.I got laser hair removal treatment on my face and upper chest area they said that I can see results after few sessions but after 9 sessions I couldn’t see any different in my hair growth when I asked about that they didn’t have any proper answer for that I wasted 237000LKR for laser treatments.And for my mother’s pigmentation they recommended treatment called high intensity medical lighting therapy which cost 170000LKR and then I found out it was a cosmelan peeling off from mesoestetic.Couldn’t see any different pigmentation is still same even after six months and because of peeling off her face got so sensitive.This place is just rip off people and waste their time.Altogether we spent more than 400000LKR and they didn’t even respond to you after your treatments done.And they don’t even have shame.they are doing fake marketing by using people pictures and they posted my mother’s edited photo,after I noticed that I wrote a text to them by proving it’s a edited picture but no response.As I notice anyone who is working in and running this place don’t even have basic knowledge about what they are doing.Me and my mother went for completely different treatments but nothing work.Don’t go to this place and waste your time and money. And I wish I should’ve read negative reviews people wrote about this place before I went to this worst place.

I saw DR Shanika during my last visit to Sri Lanka. She is extremely arrogant and under qualified. She is Doctor but not an M.D. Her specialization in aesthetic medicine is just a diploma. I have been to several cosmetic surgeons in both Australia and in the US and this doctor is not even remotely close to any of them. I was given some low key birth control pills for my hormonal acne which was triggered by thyroid dysfunction. Her diagnosis was ridiculous . I feel extremely sorry for all the vulnerable Sri Lanka patients who believe in her propaganda. STAY AWAY from this scam. She needs to go back to school and learn her ABC in medical science. If anyone is interested please contact me I am happy to share her handwritten prescription so you can make an informed decision regarding her level of competence.

Came in for laser hair removal — the technicians that do my treatment sessions are really good! They’re very attentive to your pain tolerance and adjust accordingly. Customer service on the other hand wasn’t the best when I started off at the beginning with the payment. I wanted to get put it on an installment basis but unlike other places, we have to organize this with the bank and I was not made aware of this until I came for my first session. But besides this, they have been very attentive and helpful to all my other requirements!

I paid 6500 for 30 seconds treatment. what a waste. They just wanted to finish it quickly and go home.

I have been getting my treatments for my acne at Christell clinic for the past few months. Dr Shanika’s prescribed treatments really help improve my skin a lot. The worst place so far.. I don’t recommend anyone this place. There are few incidents happened to me as well my friend. They manipulate people and try to brain wash them making the issue a bigger one. When I first went there I didn’t have much acnes I had few scars . When I went there Dr.Pavithra consulted and she noted down few treatments. After the two treatments i had a breakout and acnes all over . After 2 treatment It was a review with Dr shanika and they said she was pregnant and they noted down a review with doctor shanika after another 3 treatments. I have already done 4 treatments and there is no result so I stopped doing treatments. Sometimes Dr.Pavithra never listen she keeps talking talking never trying to listen what the patient had to explain. They just try to fool people and use all mesoestetic brands for higher prices. I will never recommend anyone.

First, I had few scars on my face. then I went there for remove it by their treatments and met dr shanika for medications. I used the cream she prescribed for me and then all over the face white patches were there. Then I wanted to make an appointment to meet doctor for ask about this. But receptionist always said she is fully booked. Then again I did the laser by them because my engagement was coming. So, that was the disaster. After few days of that thousands of tiny pimples were on my face. So again I went there for consult the doctor. She said it is impossible thing to happen because of the cream she has given to me and she tried to prove it is my fault. But still I followed the treatments given by her. three months I did every treatment. But after every treatment again I got new pimples. If it is so, what is the meaning of having such series of treatments by taking our money... Then again in a review I met her. She prescribed medications.. I thought this time it will be work upon me. But nothing changed. Now my face is fully destroyed with tiny blackheads, marks and deep scars. Christell is the one who must responsible for this. I lost my time, money and my good face. I don't know what should I do now.. Shanika is a fake personality.. She doesn't care about her patients. She act like she is a goddess and we are her slaves come for asking cure. But, it isn't true. we pay money for have a service that is worthwhile. and the staff excluding receptionists too.. they aren't well experienced and they don't do it correctly. they all are fake and acting just for money.. it is already more than a month after so called their acne medi treatmen still same pimples on same places are sitting on my face. So, I have stooped with their treatments because I understood they are worthless. Specially their collagen induction was the worst thing I have experienced in the series of treatments. First I thought they are genuine and then I understood they are wearing the masks of friendliness and just acting. Last time I had a horrible experience with their so called therapist Pavithra. I thought at least she is well experienced, but after all things I decided that Christell only care about money but not the patients.Never ever I will go there and don't recommended for anyone.

I have performed a package of fat freezing and cavitation and I am quite impressed by the results. Never ever gonna recommend this place to anyone. Coz Dr. Pavithra she doesn’t concern about the patients condition. She stays few feets away and note down medicines. At least she doesn’t come closer to the patient and check what concerns it is. I never met doctor Shanika or the professor. Front office is excellent and they are very friendly. But I never got a solution for my skin concern. It just increased day by day and Dr pavithra never gave a solution. People please don’t waste your time and money.

I was treating for my acne for more than 4 years but couldn't get anything better. Then i have consulted Dr. Shanika and had treatments just for 3 months from Christell clinic and all my acne is gone. Therefore I recommend this clinic for everyone.

On the 9th of December, I placed an appointment via the Doc.lk app at 3pm for a Psychologist for the same day at 5.30pm as it was urgent. Appointment was placed and the payment was made. However, when I called around 4pm they said doctor isn't available at the said time. I requested for a refund as the call center agents were also confused as they had kept the Doc.lk appointment portal open when the doctor wasn't available. I requested a refund as it wasn't a fault in my part but it was their fault. A manager named Gihan called me a few hours later and apologized & said they will refund the cash. It's the 19th today, and I still have not received the refund. He doesn't respond to messages and his last response on the 15th of December was that the payment is still processing. This is very unprofessional behavior and I don't recommend anyone to go here. Very disappointed!

Their Acne treatments are the best!

Went to this place to get a treatment to a wart on my arm. Had to wait more than 45 minutes with a cream applied on the wart which they initially told will be only 25 minutes. After a short while the therapist said the equipment has to be charged again in order to do the burning. Appears they were never ready for such thing. Therapist wanted me to wait until the equipment get recharged but she was ready to give me a refund. Even that didn't work with the cashier who was very reluctant to admit their fault.

Really long waiting times, despite appointments. They don't follow up on time. So far, service has been pretty bad and some of the staff have been rude. Not impressed.

Booked an appointment over the phone a few days before the date. The person who answered told me the details of the facial I wanted that a collagen facial. But when we went to the OGF outlet the receptionist and the ladies standing there seem very confused. Asked for a menu to see what we can do as they were uncomfortable in communicating. So we suggested that we can do anther facial. As you can see in the picture this is the menu we got after the conversation. A lady approached and introduced her self to us, she started off really well but then got distracted or she was not sure what she was saying. It was just a bit awkward as they were not sure how to explain to us what exactly they can offer. You are leading skin care clinic you should make sure your staff speak and have good body language skills. And the end my sister and I chose the basic clean up. The therapist was so good. So calming and polite. Tea coffee were offered at the end of the clean up.
