It’s the first time I visited this shop and the Customer Service is Horrible! There is No One to assist the customer. No Smile! So Many staff moving around but not a single person willing to assist. Will Never recommend to anyone I know, The staff should know that, Only if there are Customers coming to them they have their jobs going on. Horrible place in Sri Lanka

Good place to get your printouts , photo printing and all other printing work. I wish there were more staff in the morning (7am) since there are many who want to get things done urgently. Visited there recently but had to leave without getting things done since I was getting late because there was only 1 staff member and around 4 customers were there to get his service.

One of the renowned places in Colombo to get your photocopies, printouts and many more to get done. All sizes of printouts are available, and you can get the souvenirs done as well. The stationary shop provides many stationary items there as well. It's 24 hours and it's the best place to reach within Colombo city limits whenever you have some urgent requirements. Food court also available and the Pub too. Parking is an issue. Only very few vehicles can be parked in the underground car park and you have to be a very skillful driver to park the vehicle there. You can't park on the road at all.

Although the print quality is excellent the staff here is not very helpful and horrible at time management. They are also rude and take on multiple tasks and keep multiple customers waiting. They don’t understand that it’s unprofessional to keep people waiting so long. one time two girls were having a conversation and getting distracted while on the job and also unaware how to do it even though I had to give instruction- another instance the lady at the cashier had no idea how to operate the card system and the person helping her was laughing as opposed to helping her properly or taking over seeing that she was taking a while.

They are open from 6:30 am, which is really helpful. They do offer free JP service. The quality of their work is really good. They have the latest high-quality machinery for printing and laminating, which I have rarely seen in other places. The only point to note is that it does take a bit of time to get the work done, simply because there are a lot of customers at any given time.

A bit expensive in terms of getting printouts. The quality of the products were good but the services took longer than we anticipated. The place was a bit crowded and the staff seemed disorganised due to the high crowd on location. The waiting time for payments even after the job was done was too long.

Worst place ever to go and get print outs, photocopies typesetting done. 1. People doesn’t understand what we say when doing type setting 2. Long queues 3. Doesn't talk to customers politely 4. Only the car park is ok but most of the time it’s full 5. But the printing machines are good quality 6. Overall very poor place to get things done

Just horrible, the editing guy do not understand what we are saying. instead of understanding what we are trying to say, they get mad. they are absolutely poor, never recommend this to anyone, worst place in this planet earth.

Went here to get a booklet printed. They printed 4 copys . All of them the margins were wrong. Then they tell us that our artwork is wrong . The same artwork we have been using for norw than year. Customer care is non existant . Very poor service. On top of that they charged us 3 times more for 1 copy wich was not up to standars. Avoid this place at all cost. Shame on yall salaka print shop. !!!!!!

I went to salaka around 7:30am and they gave me quick support. If you are hurry for passport photos , any printing work this is a one place that you can get all these services. The good thing is it’s open from 6:30am - 12midnight!!!

Attached bookshop has good collection of regular stationary needs that closes at 8pm. Super quality color prints. Modern machines available to handle the job according to the need. Parking available in basement recommend for smaller vehicles. Pickups truck and jeeps would not be easy to handle inside.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE ! No Professionalism at all. We made a booking at this place two weeks prior to the event and they told us that they can't give us the place just a day before the event. When we asked, we were given silly excuses. Save your good time and don't even consider this place !!!!

The staff at this place is unbelievably arrogant and completely ignorant about customer service. Their phones are a nightmare, making communication a frustrating ordeal. Their arrogant attitude only makes matters worse. As a result, I've decided to cancel my order worth lakhs. Absolute disappointment!

You come here expecting efficient service as there are a bucketload of staff. But to get a simple printout and a binding of one document - you have to spend more than half an hour. Had to ask 3 times to get the binding. That itself took 15 minutes. Printing was done quick. But to pay took longer than the printing. Why do the staff look so lethargic ? So many managers - only.good for standing around.

I binded a printed book from this place however they do it in a quality way but the price is pretty much too for that.

I visted this place to get a small sticker printing. This place was in a mess. I didn't know which counter or staff to approach. Finally a person standby asked a female employee to help me. This Staff took me to another staff I didn't know what was happening. I waited for sometime n left without a sticker. Time waste.

Best place for all the photocopy needs, book binding and etc.... The best part is this place is open 12midnight and also open for business from 6am in the morning. If you need quick quality service this is the place. Prices are reasonable as well.

You can get your all the prints out photo copies photo framing type writing designing everything. They got big staff available there but usually they all are busy due to high demand. Staff is not very friendly but they are professional and will get the job done.
