I went in to exchange a shirt I bought at Hameedias since they recommended this place, but the same shirt cost an extra 2000 bucks. Plus the shop assistant is not very helpful at all.

I had to visit Envoy Mansion for my urgent clothing requirement which was pretty well attended and fulfilled by Mr. Miskin along with his team. I am glad to recommend this place to anyone considering the friendly and excellent service they offer.

Verdict: Reliable Place for Formal Wear Pros: Huge collection of clothing material, ready made suits, accessories and informal wear. Large network across major cities of the island. Premium shopping experience. Polite friendly staff. Quality is time tested and proven many a times. Included Indian ethnic wear as well. In house tailoring with excellent fit Ons. Real value for money.!!! Cons: some may find pricey but I think it’s still worth. Some accessories including Shoes are slightly overpriced. Suggestion: should add some more selection on accessories for men.

Bought a pair of trousers and had to get the length altered. They promised me to get it done by next day 2pm. I had a wedding in the night the following day. When i visited the store at 4pm next day the trousers weren't altered. In fact, they remembered only then and started altering. It only took 10 mins but that felt very unprofessional to me. Imagine if i had gone near store closing time only to find out my trousers weren't ready. As with the others who have commented, i found it very hard to get hold of a store assistant to help me out. It wasn't because the store was busy but rather they were minding their own business and chilling in their own worlds. Once I could get hold of a sales assistant he was very helpful. Only giving the 3 stars because of him :)

I wanted to buy cotton trousers size W40 , when I visited Hameedia @ onegalleface, they had size but not the colour, they told the cost is 4990 /approx as the price was not mentioned. The gentleman who attended me recommend me to go to Envoy mansion as they have the same brand with. Colour options. As per recommend 8 found the colour and the trouser, everything was same ,this place also dint mentioned the price in the tag,my previous visit I remember it had the price in the tag. Assuming as this is same brand so same price I went to billing. To my surprise they charged me 6980/ approx ,.which is 2000Rs more than Hameedia. I would understand if it is different brand but for the same...it's pure cheating in daylight. I'm very disappointed, I am sure that during the current economic crisis situation they are charging as per their wish by looking at the customer. I'm never recommending and visiting them again. If I add another 2000rs or 3000rs I could have bought Docker's or other international brands. Friends beware.... lesson learnt.

They have good collection and good environment for shopping. But I had a small confusion with staff identification, so they dressed like costumers . I am suggesting to have a uniform for all the staff.

Nice boutique layout yet again, with antique architectural premises. Attentive staff and we'll stocked clothing on offer. Also not a busy outlet which eliminates your clothing shopping woes away.
