Horrible place to get cured. Dr.upendra de silva completely destroyed my life. I had used some high chemical creams over the past years that has been prescribed by him and now my face is fully damage. Now I have to get $$$ worth of treatments to cure my scares. In my age, many friends had same acne problem, but most of them cured it without any single scaring. But my face... Oooo god I have no idea what i have done to myself. Dr. Upendra de silva and Dr Kandapillai Satgurunathan perfectly ruined my life. Ladies and Gentle men, If you're having pimples or acne, please do not go to any Dermatologist in Sri Lanka. Because they need money to live a luxury life. So definitely they wont treat you completely, because if we get cured at 1st attempt then, there won't be a necessity of second treatment, right? Therefore, treat acne by yourselves (diet or Essential Oil (Tree tea), or "Google it") or go to Ayurvedic treatment. Yes it might takes time, but damn sure, results are ever lasting, nothing like this dermatologist's medication. One more thing, there are plenty lot of people get paid to write Fake reviews. So, do not fall into the trap. Be Smart and research more, and during the consultation if you found any lies, don't think twice, just stay away from those buggers. Because, I'm pretty sure It will never gonna make you happy at the end.

Please don’t visit to this place they are cheating the innocent people they use to tell that the consultation is free when we call them to their hotline but once we go there to ask the details regarding the treatment they use to give a bill saying 1500/- Dr.fee & 700/- clinic fee. To collect the prescription we are supposed to pay 2200/- without getting any sort of treatment. They are very clever they have 2 attractive staff at their clinic to to get patient visits to their clinic. Waste of money and time so please don’t visit bloody liers

When you see the feedback of the patients the majority is unsatisfactory. And You have responded only for the good comments which is not a good habit of customer care. Please be smart enough.

The staff are lovely but there needs to be a professional quoting rates. I asked the doctor and was given what I thought was a rough estimate for a surgical procedure which influenced my decision to get the surgery done there; I called to book an appointment and when I asked the cost they said if that’s what the doctor quoted that’s our price. When I went in I was told it will be 3 times the quoted amount and that the doc had quoted just her rate. The doc won’t take responsibility saying she only knows her rates and then said the staff don’t know to quote. Who then is accountable? A cost that’s three times the amount should be clarified before booking a surgery not at the time of. I decided not to proceed as the doctor was annoyed as was I and I truly didn’t want anyone operating on me in that frame of mind.

Dr. Upendra is a complete scam. He may be a recognized doctor but his intentions are to make money. I went there for a dry skin situation and he never diagnosed the reason for my disease. He seemed well aware of the situation yet never gave a genuine opinion as to why the disease arises and possible cures in preventing. He prescribed some very expensive moisturizing products that are exclusive which I only had to buy from the pharmacy next door to his clinic. I'm pretty sure regular products would have also treated me well yet he prescribed the highest expensive products and insisted I took them. The products were nothing special to the ones you find in the market. I visited a skin specialist to get a genuine health opinion on the reasons for my disease and to know how I should maintain my skin, not to get ripped off due to my sickness. Very unethical.

This place is a scam. I went there to get a small mole removed and they vowed that it could be removed with one treatment. But, if it didn't go away, I was asked to come back promising that they will "take care of it" at no cost. The story changed when the mole didn't disappear. The cost became Rs.10,00 whereas the first treatment was Rs. 4,000. I was scarred too. Upendra prescribed expensive ointments to erase the scar and wanted to see me in two weeks. I returned after two weeks he further prescribed two more expensive ointments where nothing happened. I didn't undergo the Rs. 10,000 procedure; instead, I walked away saying that I was very disappointed. One crucial thing I'd like to bring to the reader's attention: The ointments/creams prescribed by Upendra are unavailable in most of the pharmacies in the country, except for the one located two doors away from his clinic. There is a lot of food for thought in this situation. Also, notice how the nurses run back and forth in the middle of the consultation when they are cornered with critical questions from the patients.

The service here is absolutely disgusting. I visited the clinic recently with my mother and was blagarded by the door person (Man who takes the temperature) for not scanning the QR code twice as its two people. We understand that he probably would've been an illiterate as the logic behind it makes no sense. But we did not expect the receptionists to not say anything about it. Im extremely disappointed by the level of service here. And the consultation I went for ended up saying the machine is broken..which they did not even have the basic human decency of telling me over the phone when I called numerous times! Especially during a Pandemic. Please get your staff in order. This is the 21st century...we pay for our service so we expect a certain standard of conduct from the service provider... this is NOT acceptable.

Very disappointed with the way Dr. Nayana Perara treats patients. We are very aware of the prevailing situation and the risks these doctors take in order to treat the patients, however, the way this place ends up putting money before patients is utterly disgusting. Yesterday we met with Dr. Upendra who advised us to meet with Dr. Nayana Perera the following day. As discussed, we visited this place again to meet Dr. Nayana the following day. After making the payment for the consultation, we were waiting there for hours to finally get a chance to meet Dr. Nayana only to hear she is unable to even have a look at the patient properly due to the prevailing corona situation. She was not willing to look at the skin condition even from a distance. Without receiving any feedback or recommendation we had to leave the place after wasting money and time on this. Doctor was very disrespectful with the way she treated the patient. My mother (the patient) takes everyone’s health and safety very seriously and proactively took PCR test prior to meeting the doctor and we are very aware that she is Covid-19 negative. She has also taken the 2 vaccinations and acts very responsibly making sure everyone’s health and safety is her priority. I understand Dr. Nayana Perara’s right to be paranoid, then please don’t charge just to waste everyone’s time. Please be respectful of everyone who visits this place as we all are going through the same devastating situation. At least advice the doctors to communicate politely and treat the patients like humans. I hope no one faces our experience in future, hence why I decided to put my thoughts here.

I visited Dr Upendra about 3 months back for my acne and I have seen a significant improvements in my skin. The staff here at Skin Clinic is also very friendly and supportive which makes the journey easier as well. I Would recommend highly to anyone struggling with their skin.

Genuinely went in for a dermatological problem I have been having for a few years. The doctor didn't even look at me during the consultation, he asked to see a pic of my problem and showed no care. I was in and out in less than 5 mins and got charged 3000+Rs to barely even be looked at. I took the prescribed medication and my skin problem still hasn't gone away. Mind you, this was a few years ago but the poor display of empathy and care by the Dr has left me still thinking about it, all these years later.

I have been visiting skin clinic for my skin treatments. From all the skin treatment places in Sri Lanka ‘ skin clinic ‘ is the best place that any one should go for treatments. The Patience and trust towards the skin clinic is a must element while on your treatments. Because you will get miracle result with time. I did prp treatment here and the experience was very bad. The numbing cream did not work and I fainted during the procedure because of pain. And they did not have adequate emergency medicine either, not even dextrose. The receptionists are very welcoming and attentive but the treatment itself was very bad. They need to spend more time with quality care of the patients. I would not go there again.

You will get best skin related doctors here. Very convenient service. But not the most economical charges. Good service all around.

I needed to remove a wart. Doctor suggested liquid nitrogen for treatment. She applied it such an inaccurate way that skin around the wart was damaged unnecessarily. The surface of the wart is only 2 square millimeter while the surface of the damaged area is something like 1 square centimeter. I have done similar treatments in past but It was always precise and only destroyed the actual target. Now I have big red area that will take very long time to get to normal. I do not recommend going to this clinic for liquid nitrogen treatment, they clearly misuse it.

I would like to say how pleased I am with the treatments I have had done at the skin clnic, the service was absolutely outstanding really informative and so professional. I have the results I wanted to achieve. I would recommend this clinic to anybody wanting a treatment done. I will definitely be visiting again in the future to have something done for a special occasion, thankyou all the same.

I’ve been taking treatment since April! And I noticed a huge difference on my face, the dark spots and marks have faded away. FYI; Someone posted a review that ‘they had to wait, and if they know the receptionist they can walk in’ It’s me! I am the one who booked the appointment “prior” for my brother, and We made it on time. They called out our names as it was the correct time according to the schedule. Even the first time I too had to wait for 30mins time as they were calling out names in order..💁🏻‍♀️ Hope you know the story before posting something publicly.

Hit or miss. I've come here for consultation several times. There is one doctor whose prescriptions work really well. And another doctor whose prescriptions(Some of them are products of their own) doesn't work at all(and hardly listens to the concerns we have). Excellent service from the moment I arrived from the very helpful reception team , saw both Dr. Upendra De Silva and Dr. (Mrs.) Nayana Perera in relation to a mole that had changed shape. Both were professional and explained throughly all the options discussing honestly pros and cons, neither recommended the most expensive option as it was not suitable in my case. From first consult to having the mole removed was 6 hours , highly recommended.

Get your skin treated at skin clinic. I would rate skin clinic 8/10 whereas the other clinics I would rate them only 3/10... The staff are really cooperative and flexible, polite and humble. Personally I got my thread lifting treatment done here on April 2023 and my present appearance have gone back to 2017. Hats off to skin clinic..

I had laser therapy for excessive hair growth on legs.I have to mention that I'm very satisfied with the results. Also staff and receptionists are very polite and friendly. The service is really good. I would advise to use numbing cream from the 3rd session, because otherwise treatment is painful and difficult to tolerate the pain.

While on my visit to Sri Lanka months ago I consulted Dr.Upendra. And I had to do a follow up appointment after 3 months. But I was unable to get an appointment with the time difference between Australia and Sri Lanka since, Dr.Upendra does Tele health appointments only after hours. However, Dr.Upendra's Co-ordinator Michelle, helped me out getting an appointment and she organised it so well. It was outstanding service by Michelle. Even Dr.Upendra was so kind enough to accomadate my request for a Tele health appointment in the morning hours during his busy schedule. They are doing daylight robbery. The doctor called Upendra didn't even listen to what I said. He just looked at & wrote prescription. Charging 2200 for just 2 mins consultations. I think, relevent authorities have to look into this cilinic .

I have been taking botox injections for nearly 6 years from the skin clinic. The quality of the treatment was farely good from the beginning. But the quality started to drop down somewhere from the beginning of 2021 inspite of the increased rates. The effect of the injection wasn't there for atleast 2 months. As a result I stopped taking botox injections from the place since 2021. Over to the Management

Terrible client service after booking an e channel appointment at 12 pm the doctor has not come or even picking up the clinic calls. Waiting for the doctor for one hour now... no update as to now. Service is like they're doing it for free. Totally disappointed 😞

I have just inquiry over the phone calls about the PRP Treatment for hair Lost to my friend in Sri Lanka, and the Receptionist has advised 27,000 Sri Lankan rupees for each tube. The doctor would be told how many tubes needed to be treateded. Now I have done a few treatments myself in Australia. It cost me $130 for each Treatment and three tubes. I felt it was not fair in the Country of Sri Lanka. And I will never recommend you do the treatment at this clinic with this rate 😲😲😲

We did Cryptherapy at skin clinic for my son. The Dr's were very careful when doing the treatment. And I must say my consultantions were absolutely free and I only had to pay for the treatment.
