Being from India, I was afraid of going to SriLanka by relying on an Internation Travel Agent. But to my surprise, the travel agent (Ms. Nipuni) arranged everything so nicely that I can now suggest everybody to go to Sri Lanka (if they want to use the Travel agent) via Overa Tours. I did the payment after reaching there. This lady was 24 hours on her toes and modified the tour plan a couple of times as per my request. Driver (Mr. Shiran) was waiting for us on the Airport. He was a wonderful and experienced driver who knew everthing about the country. He drove safely and is a perfect driver. The only advice I would give to this travel and tours that they should ask the travellers to bring the money in USD (no matter from where they are coming) and they should also tell them that there is entrance fee everywhere (like minimum 100 SLR/Person). Vegetarian Food would roughly cost around 5000SLR for three ppl. Payment everywhere is calculated in USD. So, in short you have to take enough of cash with you to enjoy all places in Sri Lanka. The driver(Mr.Dumindo) accompanied us and was very helpful and was knowledgeable about the places we were visiting , we could adjust and Aline the itinerary as per our convenience he was also very professional and friendly,they have arranged and looked after everything we needed. We visited Sri Lanka from 15th-20th December,2018. We selected a customized package with Overa tours and Travels. As we checked in to the Pegasus reef hotel for the first night, we were devastated by the room which was given to us. We were promised a deluxe room, but ended up in a superior room. This mistake was acknowledged by the travel agent Mr. Yashas in a polite manner and we were given an equivalent discount on our package. We were completely satisfied and pleased with the arrangements made thereafter. The next point that I would like to put forward is about the driver who accompanied us throughout our memorable trip. His name was Mr. Sisira and he was an extremely kind gentleman as long as you don't mind him following all the driving rules in an obedient manner. We felt the travel was completely safe which can be attributed to his slow driving. The overall experience was a good one and we had fun. The best part was that all the arrangements had been taken care of just like how we wanted. Thanks for the memorable trip, Overa travels. Wish to visit SL again.

I am always interested in traveling to foreign countries. My husband and I have often visited Sri Lanka's well-known travel agencies. But we have no desire to travel with all those institutions again and again. It is because they have no research or spontaneity. Especially not answering the phone and rambling. But the highest value should be given when mentioning this institution. Kamal, Hiran, Jasmin and Kaushalya are all representatives of the institute, but I highly appreciate their constant attention to us. In the package I got from them for Singapore and Malaysia due to my hubby's birthday, they had planned everything very well and we were surprised to get the information we needed to look up each day. We had a great two day trip in the Knuckles mountain region. One of the most strenuos hikes for us ever, but 100% worth it. Our guide, Janaka, was an excellent host, singing songs at the bonfire and explaining wildlife to us. We even enjoyed some cooking lessons at the camp, free of charge. We only spotted one other couple during the two days. highly recommended.

Very bad experience with travel agency They are hungry for money and they donot stop where you want to stop . The driver Nihar will stop only at his friends places . The driver is not even good in communication skills . Donot consider this traveler After even seeing on youtube . We have given him the money which we got from his country. He will not accept that . He needs very clean and fresh currency.

We recently visited Bangkok for fourdays trip. It was ok.They communicated clearly at the begining. I would give 5 out of 10 for the trip experience. They sent the day plan at the last movement (a day before the trip) and it was not the way as I requested . We did not have time to relax and do some shopping acording to their plan. We were not happy about the arrangement done by Mr.Gishan in Thailand. They have arrenged the time to pickup us from Dream world very early and we didn't have enough time ro spend their.
