BMICH situated in Colombo town. It opened 1973 . It is a memorial building for Sri Lankan former Prime Minister R.D.Bandaranaike. Beautiful architecture. There have 28 different buildings there like a museum, different type of halls. Very clean and neat place. Well maintained . There have a huge Parking area, canteen and BOC ATM also there.

A well known conference hall in the country. This place doesn’t have enough vehicle parking facilities for some occasions. (Eg: Book fair, graduation ceremony ) But the staff is doing their best to handle vehicles. Well maintained.

Went to the Colombo International Book Fair 2023 at Sirimavo Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall ( BMICH) Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 07, This is the major place that most of the exhibitions are taking place, Book Fair is well organised and lot of halls and selection, ample car park area.

If you love architecture you must visit this historical place. A must to see while in you are in colombo. Capable of holding many conferences. Could easily accommodate 1500 participants. It has adequate parking place. The authorities very seriously practicing on managing washroom facilities & cleanliness from a health and hygiene perspective

Most people have a misconception that only persons for functions can enter into the BMICH premises. In fact, Entry into the auditorium is prohibited without permission. Other wise, the public can visit the BMICH premises and take a tour. There are restaurants and canteens inside. But, as an average public, the prices are high. You can bring foods and drinks from outside and eat there. There are good arrangements for dining. Nothing to worry about washrooms. It is everywhere in the premise.

A private island....a hidden gem in the middle of Bolgoda Lake. Great location to entertain your entire family be it a day outing, corporate event or a over night stay. Tip: Don't miss a lake cruise to catch the sun rise or the sun set. It's spectacular!!!

I feel proud every time I enter to this building. First time was my UOK graduation and then for some conferences. VIP lounge was awesome, at least I saw how it looks like before die 😂 comfortable conference hall, clean washroom facilities, everything is perfect to me. At night, 🌌 what a peaceful place but cannot visit anytime you want. Love this place.

This place is really nice. There has a very managed car park. I went there for skill expo 2023 exhibition. So all of committee members are arenged every thing very nicely. So i recommend to visit this place.

This is a nice place, I always go here when there is an exhibition even now the Kedalla Exhibition is taking place and today is the last day. It big and spacious and also there is a crowd whenever a sale or an exhibition takes places.. people can relax , have refreshments and take pics too.

Very well maintained halls, ample parking space & condition of everything is kept to highest standards. There are multiple entry points to the premises & convocations, concerts might be held in at the building near sarana road which leads directly to the car park. Easy to navigate and outisde the premises is well maintained as well
