The Best bridal dress shop in Sri Lanka. I'm saying it because I visited almost all the Sri Lankas' well know popular bridal dress shops. All the shops were first of all very unfriendly and very arrogant. UR Bridals staff was the friendliest among. There customer service is very good. They welcome you with a smile. Ask you your preferences, then give you a tab with set of dresses available as for your preferences. Simple as that. They have a spacious fitting room. The chief lady there will then attend you with a big smile. Puts you in a dress and if it doesn't fit you They try their best to make adjustments just to make the dress fit you. Even though theres a limited fitting trys when they adjust the dress they let you try it . The chief lady, knows how to repect to the customer. I did my purchase within 10 mins. If you are on your way to bridal shopping, make UR bridal on the top. Sometimes you will not need to check other places any more.

My dream dress that was custom made by a different tailor was ruined in the week before my wedding and I had to find a new dress as quickly as possible. UR bridals helped me a lot to find a good wedding dress and a going away dress up to my expectations. They were so friendly and kind. Alterations were done well and quickly. Certainly the best place to find bridal dresses.

I had some experience with UR bridal dresses when I was looking for a going away dress for my friends wedding. They had nice designs and many selections. But we wanted our own design to be done. Eventually we got a nice design. Quality was superb. also they have a friendly staff ! They take care everything. Price is reasonable for the quality. Recommend to anyone !!!

please read this before you make the payment to them .I live in abroad and I organized my wedding from abroad ,for bridal dress we reach out to this location .bride went to this location and showed our design and asked for the quotation ,the designer I believe she is the owner gave us quotation 95000 only for stitching and we told our budget is 150000-200000 she told that materials wont cost us more than 75000. bride was not aware about the material cost and she believed her statement blindly . she said to bride she can come for material purchasing only if we can pay the advance 75000 ,she believed her word and paid 75000 without having 2nd thought .next day she went to purchase material for our wedding dress she was shocked seeing the price of the materials it was more than 250000 .after that bride said her that its not gona work out for her because its going more than the budget and request to return the advance then they start to show the real face of them they refuse to pay the advance for us we told them to keep small and return us balance after that they start to ignore the calls and messages .after that I sent my cousins to their location in person after couple of visits and long arguments they agreed to give 50% of our advance after more than one month .we paid 36500 rs for nothing for them .this wedding was above to called of because of them .please beware before you make payment to them
