I
recently
had
a
very
disappointing
experience
with
Fitness
Island.
I
ordered
two
250g
creatine
containers
from
their
website,
but
when
my
package
arrived,
I
only
received
one.
I
immediately
contacted
them
through
WhatsApp,
but
didn't
receive
any
response.
I
decided
to
give
them
a
call,
and
they
admitted
it
was
a
mistake
made
by
their
packaging
team
and
promised
to
send
the
missing
item.
However,
after
three
days
of
no
response,
I
reached
out
to
them
again
via
WhatsApp,
but
still
didn't
receive
any
reply.
I
even
tried
calling
multiple
times,
but
they
never
answered
my
calls.
Finally,
after
several
attempts,
I
received
a
message
on
WhatsApp
stating
that
their
call
line
was
not
working
and
requested
my
bank
details
to
initiate
a
refund.
I
provided
them
with
my
bank
details,
and
they
assured
me
that
the
refund
process
would
take
7
working
days.
Unfortunately,
even
after
eight
days,
I
didn't
receive
the
refund.
I
tried
calling
them
again,
but
they
continued
to
ignore
my
calls.
It
was
only
when
I
called
from
a
different
number
that
they
finally
answered.
They
informed
me
that
the
payment
had
been
approved
and
would
be
realized
in
my
bank
account
the
following
day.
Finally,
on
the
ninth
day,
I
received
the
refund.
While
I
appreciate
getting
my
money
back,
I
am
extremely
disappointed
with
the
overall
customer
service
experience.
The
lack
of
response,
delayed
refund,
and
the
need
for
multiple
attempts
to
get
through
to
them
is
simply
unacceptable.
I
would
caution
anyone
considering
shopping
with
Fitness
Island
to
think
twice.
Their
poor
customer
service
and
lack
of
communication
make
it
clear
that
they
don't
value
their
customers'
time
or
satisfaction.
I
hope
my
review
serves
as
a
warning
to
others
and
encourages
Fitness
Island
to
improve
their
customer
service
standards.
