I had one of the worst experiences ever in dealing with this company. They lie, don't followup and annoyingly don't answer the phones. If you ever think of using them don't.

This place has the worst sales staff ever. I have never seen people so ignorant about what they were selling. Hafele has amazing technology to sell. But you can’t get it because the staff is not too eager to sell. They look and act unprofessional. First they should be aware of what’s going on in their company.

Bought a gas hob from here, and it required servicing after a year or so. Visited the showroom and they promised to send someone within a couple of days. Service guy, Mr. Aashiq, came before promised day. Spent around an hour and a half servicing the entire hob thoroughly. Extremely polite and was well trained to answer all questions. Very happy with the service provided by staff at showroom as well as service staff. Will definitely recommend.

Went there to get a kitchen design. The designer made a laughably horrible kitchen design, putting floor to ceiling cupboards covering the only window in the kitchen. She refused to listen to what I actually wanted in a kitchen, so we ended up going elsewhere.

Great products. Some items actually end up being more economical compared to stuff in the market and the quality is definitely much better.

Location and interior is great. But the quality of food does not match price. For their prices they should maintain consistency of the taste of food , but they have failed to do so. But great place to hang around.

Cool place to hang around. Comfortable chairs and sofas. Got power outlets to charge your electronic devices. Good to set up meetings and do some office work.

Same standard as other international branches except.... the Coffee beans packets are too old. Always they sell old stocks that are about to be expired. Displayed many months later from the production date. You will never experience this kind of lowest respect for coffee bean lovers from other countries. Stopped completely and turned to Lavazza beans which are always fresh from importers outlet Colombo 7. But higly recommend to pay a visit for coffee and snacks for those expect genuine international coffee shop standards.

Best place to purchase kitchen fittings and kitchen appliances

Very unprofessional people. I ordered some items directly to my interior design ppl and they send wrong items. After complains they promised to rectify it and then no phone answering no response back. Never trust these ppl. My work handled by a person named Eshan Anthony and worst experience ever. Do not buy anything from these ppl.

Bought a Led strip light system for my pantry, excellent service, Mr Eshan was knowledgeble and was super helpful in finding what was needed! 👍

After reading these reviews I expected to have a challenging customer experience at Hafele. And indeed I was presented with one. First, they charged my card twice and took a long time to reverse it. Second, they lied about why they didn't deliver my product on the day they were supposed to. I have to mention that although there were many mishaps and some unprofessional communication, Tharindri took the initiative to ensure that my product was delivered the day I made the complaint. Not a bad ending to a not so great story.

Clean cosy place and very good coffee, located in liberty plaza colombo first floor. Ordered hazelnut latte and earl grey tea and both of them tasted very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they serve food beside the coffee and also desserts, free wifi is also available

Okay for coffee and pastries, and their lunch food is great, especially the wraps... WHEN they have them! It’s always so disappointing to go there and t be able to get the lunch items because they cannot hang on to their staff.

Not very crowded, even on the weekends, plenty of seating space with big open windows which helps make the area not feel cramped, even though it is somewhat small. Chill place for a catch-up. Recommend the Hazelnut Ice Blended coffee! But you need to make sure it defrosts really well to enjoy it properly. The panninis come with a crunchy salad and are good. The pizzas come cut into 4 squares. The Margarita was alright with cheese and herbs but I would have preferred if it had some real tomato on it.

Nice place and got some cool stuff like home and kitchen decor...door locks , sliding doors and convertible beds..They sell the mechanism and the woods and glasses have to be purchased separately... Very nice customer service...coz I visited recently just for a lookup, but they took their time in explaining everything and guiding..Prices arebit high but not to be compared as the items they sell are unique in their styles...
