I used to LOVE Mimosa back when they were new and unique, and had interesting pieces each month. Now, each line just has different patterns of the same basic design. Noone needs that many crop tops! And why are there random holes and cuts in each piece? Seems lazy. They have a good eye for lovely patterns, but they waste it on classless designs. I’d like to wear a floral midi to a family event without my entire back showing, or without a random side detail/front tie up/back detail/cut-out. Is that too much to ask?! The multi-way tie up top (posted below) really killed whatever remaining interest I had for Mimosa. 2k for two pieces of cloth attached to string? Also the bustier tops/dresses don’t fit a fuller bust (D/DD/E cups). Large international brands like Zara, Mango, Bershka, Topshop do well because they’ve struck a balance between being revealing (tacky) and keeping it simple. With Mimosa, that’s just lost. They seem to be doing well with the teenage crowds (where are your parents?) and models, maybe? “Fleur” has been my favourite collection by far. “Festive Resort”, “Garden Party”, and “Lemonade” had lovely pieces too. I wish the one shoulder body-con midis didn’t have the hole in the side. The quality of the clothing hasn’t gone down. Still my go-to for trousers, (full length) tops/blouses, and simple midis/maxis, but everything else is crazy disappointing. It’s not too late, Mimosa!

Love this place! I feel like they're a hit or miss with their clothes, but definitely a hit for the most part. They used to be super affordable but they've cranked up their prices SO MUCH! I know that everything is expensive nowadays but they just released a dress for 7.5k today 😢 the quality is always spot on though, and that's why I always keep going back to them! Also, loved their old store, compared to the new one 😅🙈 there wasn't much parking but it was more spacious than the new one.

Clothing items are lovely but it's not for everyone. Pricing is a bit higher than average. Shop is well maintained and clean. Cashier person (tall black guy) treats people according to what and how they're dressed. Don't expect to be welcomed with a warm hello or anything if you're "under-dressed". Please learn to treat customers regardless of how and what they wear cuz at the end of the day, people won't be purchasing things if they're treated like teash. Will not visit this place again.

Good collection of party wear and some casuals. Not a massive location in terms of space but has a really good collection of clothing items. Has a unique collection of items. Have not seen this spread anywhere else. The store is not congested and is setup in a way that people can move around easily. Not many people around to assist but the staff available are helpful and know about the products. The fit on rooms are decent and have enough space to move about. Fit on rooms are Not congested as well. The store is nicely decorated for the season and has really minimalistic appearance. The store entrance is small but decorated nicely to welcome you in warmly. Checkout was also hassle free.

I’m a regular client for one & half years . Usually I buy my costumes & all denims from Mimosa , I received an Invitation fro One Galle Face Branch Opening, But when I went today to exchange my items there was a new girl @the reception, she was really rude to me , she didn’t respect me & even I went with one of my friend , she was completely disappointed of this situation. She didn’t even call me Miss ,, she was showing he big face to us, When I ask her to give me a credit note on my bill she rejected & asked me to bring my items again when I come to purchase next time & I had to request her couple of times to give me a credit note on it . She made couple of calls to a manager or someone then agreed to give me a credit note. She was really really rude & I was totally despondent. When I leave the place & until I leave the place from cab , she came out side with other 2 girls who were working there , & they were looking at us & they were talking something, I felt that they were scolding us because they were looking at my cab directly. Usually I contact with Dilshan & Avishka at the store, Unfortunately they were not there today . They have good manners & they do good customer care service& very supportive , you better not keep people who don’t know how to respect to their client

Everybody love the unique styles and the affordability! But recently the dress prices doesn’t match with the quality 🥲 I bought a dress last from their website and the buttons / fabric were cheap! It’s better if you visit their store and buy rather than shopping online and their customer service is horrible , had to beg once to return a damaged item ! I won’t ever shop again with them !

Their clothes used to be cute and one of a kind in lanka. But recently, almost everything they put out looks cheap, trashy and low quality. Just terrible. Hope they improve.

Never place an online order with them . It takes years for them to deliver it to you . They don’t share a tracking number or anything . Comparatively GFlock delivers so fast . No complain about the clothes , designs or quality . But the customer service and time taken to delivery is absolutely disappointing. Plus they call me and say some items I ordered are not available or damaged as well , that is also after many days of placing the order.

Kavindi provided outstanding customer service by assisting my mum purchase clothes for me. She went above and beyond by showing me the different collections and recommending the right size for the different items via video call. Really made things easy for my mum. Her dedication and helpfulness is truly commendable!

Update this. You close at 8. Not at 9. We came from far coz this said at 9. We tried to talk to a staff but we were ignored. Customer service very poor. We have been shopping from this place every month but this is quite disappointing. Do improve the way you atleast talk to your customers

They may have good clothing items but highly disappointed with their customer care and the attitude of the staff. I accidentally stumbled upon a flower vass which was not a sales item and was carelessly placed amidst an area a regular customer would dwell upon. It got a slight crack and they just took it away. Then they waited until I paid my bill for the items I brought and asked for Rs 4000 for that particular vass which in my opinion would not worth more than Rs 1000. This is daylight robbery. Just don't go for places like these. Very very bad customer service.

“Mimosa” is always been the favorite brand and the only one I really shop most of the time. It’s been a long time that I started to shop from mimosa , from the moment they really started their brand. I must say the designs and the styles are very unique from one to another, also when they put out the new designs literally have to keep an eye out before it sells out so fast. But :) should not be worried since they are giving updates through ig for all of us. So can check through their website. Mostly I do shop from their flagship store in Colombo, very convenient. Also I have placed orders through their website, I must mention that the team was very helpful and super nice. And I received the items like real fast. Everything was so good. Fits are so nice! It’s been a lovely experience with mimosa! I had to take some time and give the real appreciation that the team mimosa deserves❤️ Can’t wait for more amazing updates from Mimosa :)

I recently visited Mimosa to purchase some gift vouchers for a birthday. I didn't do any in-store shopping, but I was still able to get everything I needed in a very short amount of time. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they were able to answer all of my questions. I was in and out in about 5 minutes, and I was happy with my experience.

Mimosa store has amazing clothing collection. I brought lot of clothing from them. It was perfectly match for me and staff there was so friendly. Ladies… looking for a lavishing place to shop… note it down… Mimosa is one of my go to my place. It’s in Colombo bagatale road. It’s there new store. It’s more spacious and the atmosphere around is really nice. It’s like when In Greece type of look. And there are so many cool and nice pieces in every sizes... Also most importantly what I love about is they got some very unique colour palette. Amazing collection of pieces. But the only thing is they drop their collection online after all pieces are sold out. It’s not much upto date. So they really wanna do in-store and online purchase separately. Highly recommend this store. Gotta check it out. Can check their FB/insta pages. There’s parking space too….

Well the exchange process here is very easy and smooth . I have encountered several situations where I ordered wrong size and I could easily get it exchanged physically at the store thanks to the staff at Bagathale rd store and the OGF. And compared to most of the leading SL clothing brands, their materials and fabrics are better than the others.

Had a bad experience with exchanging a blouse in Havelock mall. The blouse was in original condition. I bought it as a birthday for mother who is in Kandy. So it has been like two weeks as I went to Kandy to gift it to her and then realised it's larger. So needed just a size exchange to a smaller one. The guys at the cashier refused. I didn't have the bill as it was bought as a gift., but had the credit card payment receipt with me with the details. The price tag was attached.If it was from any other place I could have get it exchanged without any issue. Also if they have such strict exchange policy they should display it in the shop as other similar stores have.Never gonna buy something from them again. Bad customer service.

Located in a convenient place but if you missed the place, you need to drive here and there, as there are one ways around the shop. There is a good collection for ladies but a little for gentlemen. The interior design is really good, they placed very nice trees/plants in different locations to make the customer feel comfortable.

If size is wrong can exchange only once

Quite busy on weekends. Has very good collection of ladies pants, tops and skirts. My 14 year old daughter love this place. However there are (almost) no gents clothes.

Worst online shopping experience ever! Their Collection is good, especially I love their pant collection but their online delivery service is at the worst level. I have ordered online from them a couple of times but it always took a long time for delivery. Even small businesses are running their online business better than them. Disappointed!!!

There used to be good quality clothes but now it’s not that worth. Went to the in store sale today and was very disappointed. The designs and the quality of the pieces on sale were low. May be they’re targeting a specific type of customers. Sad to see such a good store deteriorating. I still can wear the clothes that I bought when they were available at ODEL.

Love their collection. skirts, denims, dresses, trousers, tank tops, office wear whatever we want is available. and they have very unique colors and different materials to select from. and prices are very fair compared to all other clothing stores around. Staff is friendly and not annoying at all. feel very comfortable and relaxing walking around looking for my next favorite top :). Their gift exchange policy is also very convenient. no bulls*** with wanting the receipt to exchange and all.

Seriously, Mimosa is a game-changer! It has now occupied a significant portion of my wardrobe. The outfits are fire, and the prices won’t break the bank. It’s like they have a direct line to my fashion soul, I can’t leave without snagging something cool – my fashion soulmate! 😍

Elegant architecture, very calm and beautiful place where you can roam free for what you are looking for. I really loved the environment inside. Two stories are filled with good collection of dresses, they got around 10 fit on rooms which are large. Staff is very friendly and efficient helpful service. Seems the quality is good, got to know they started recently, seems like collections are getting improving now.

Very Bad Customer service. No trained staffs to handle customer service & we never get any sort of a respond from a proper person. This way you will lose more customers.

Went there last Saturday. When we called the store we were told that they close at 8.30pm. Rushed all the way from Kadawatha and made it by 8.25 but the security refused us in. We were kept outside until 8.30 and then the security showed the time and said it’s 8.30 and that they are closed. However, we were allowed inside by the cashiers ( thanks to the cashiers). Overall very bad experience. Businesses stick to their closing times and even allow customers inside even if they come a minute before the closing time. I hope mimosa pays attention to these details and make sure that it wouldn’t happen to anyone else.
