Went to buy gold for mom and they had put high service charge for a small ring and the staff over there are yelling and talking when asking for clarification. WORST store ! Won’t recommend anyone. Started yelling at my mother also no respect for age.

We visited them to sell two of our gold necklaces due to an urgent need for money. After negotiating a price, they informed us that they didn't have cash in their store. They asked us to leave the items with them and return the next morning to collect the money. They assured us they would issue a receipt, but we hesitated because this didn't seem like a proper security guarantee. They also mentioned that the price would depend on the gold rate the next time we visited and they couldn't guarantee the previously negotiated price. The following day when we returned, they stated that the price had dropped a bit. Moreover, they began boasting about their 36-year-old business, implying it was our fault for not leaving the goods with them. In business, trusting someone, especially when leaving valuables in exchange for just a piece of paper with the hope of collecting cash later, can be risky. Yet, despite this, they continued talking in a manner that seemed foolish, acting as if they were the best and only people in the business..

Worst place to buy gold ! Cheats ! They keep saying there hear for years but they yell at customers and treat like dogs , saw a video on Facebook how the owner yells at a lady that happen this month, We are customer who pay you ! You have no rights to yell at customers like that.
