Dear Management I really disappointed about your staff service. I am a one of your good Customer since 2017 from thimash imran Jagath know me very well every year 13th and 14th April I book 3 room and i get a upgrade to cluster 2017 2018 and 2019 3 years same cluster rooms. In 2020 I paid an advance but could not make it due to your hotel not in operation and today I call for to.make a reservation on 13th and 14th april 2022 and I told to upgrade but they refused to do so I am really disappointed Customer. I am top Google reviewer you can ck. Please get back to me can or cant... ck your records

Absolutely poor service from the reservations/ cancellations department. They're super unresponsive even after making a booking well ahead of time, paid in full. And cancellations are such a cumbersome process where you have to call random people, send emails after emails only to get no response at all! Pretty disappointing.

Worst reservation agents / department ever. Extremely difficult to contact and never returns any call. Hope management will look on to this as it’s letting all the other departments down.

Me and my wife was there. Such a wonderful place. So many activities including game room. Foods are amazing, really cool staff with two nice ladies in restaurant 🌹. Beach is beautiful and quite. I'd like to say I'll be there again ASAP for experience this wonderful hospitality again

The hotel is overall good. The main thing which was annoying is that we have to park the vehicles long way from the reception and walk back, they could’ve put a beach buggy to transport us back. The other problem we encountered was the weak wifi and the iron which I ordered wasn’t up to the standard and blacked out my white shirt. The food was excellently presented all thanks to the F&B manager Mr Jagath.

We stayed there for 03 days and 02 nights last week. It is a very beautiful, well-maintained luxury hotel. The staff is very friendly, dedicated and helpful. Food is excellent widely spread buffet with so many verities. Very nice beach and calm sea. Would recommend this hotel for a happy staying and relaxation.
