Had a wonderful experience at the Dilmah at OGF a week ago. It was quite spacious and well lit. The ambience was just perfect with the lighting and the walls and deco. The Teddy bears were a cute addition. The service could've been better. But the food was just amazing. Had a hot chocolate, Sweet potato fries and a Chicken ham spaghetti. The hot chocolate was the perfect temperature and sweetness. The Fries were like nothing I've tried before! So unique. And the spaghetti portion was quite big and tasted pretty good. Would definitely visit again!

Dilmah does a great job with their t-lounges. Their ice tea pitches are to die for. Enough for let's say 4 people or more? And I believe the food here is quite alright as well. Presentation is good. Tastes good. The staff could be a bit more knowledge of their menu but maybe I was speaking a bit too fast but I noticed that the service was alot slower than most places could be a one off but thats how it was. Anyway good service and had a great time. Almost 5 stars ❤️

Great place to get your tea-fix and to catch-up with your friends. Interior/ambiance is quite cozy as long as it's not too crowded or noisy. Good food + beverage selection, but some menu items could be unavailable at times (very rarely). Service is somewhat slow even when it's not too crowded, so make sure you're not in a hurry when going here

Great place, nice ambiance and a good variety of tea. A must go place in CMB. Lemon lime and mint fizz is a must have out of the menu. Reasonable prices and a friendly service.

It's a nice experience! They have tea timer for brewing tea. However, I felt the tea I had was a bit acidic for me. Anyway, I like the lounge, it's colorful esp the wall arts.

It was truly an amazing experience. They give a welcome drink as soon as you sit down......we got mango and strawberry iced tea😍.....that just made me addicted to the place. Things we ordered were so worth the price when compared to other places. And ofcourse, you won't be able to find a better beverage menu anywhere else. Will definitely visit the place whenever possible. I'm just so addicted now. Should surely mention the staff too. They were pretty helpful, friendly and so active. Was always a fan of Dilmah tea.....but this was the first visit to the t-lounge. This place is a must visit.❤️❤️

Food used to be much better IMO. Their tea is still up to standards, cannot recommend the cocktails. Cozy atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff.

I had a wonderful experience at Dilmah t-lounge & bar in Colombo. The tea collection was amazing, with something for everyone. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, and they took the time to recommend the perfect tea for me. I also enjoyed the sweets & tea. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves tea.

Nice place with the remarkable Dilmah brand. Always feel pride of Ceylon Tea and its associated brands. This is a cozy place just outside One Galle Face mall and food is nice. But my favourite was the Ice Teas. Promoganate and Blueberry Ice tea was out of this world. Then came the Kandy Lamissi Ice Tea, which was similarly amazing. Definitely will come again and AC was bit colder.

My friend and I had a fantastic time at "The T Lounge & Bar by Dilmah." With a friendly staff, quick service, and delicious food, it's a perfect spot for a hangout. The cozy atmosphere and numerous photo-worthy spots added to the charm. Highly recommended for a delightful culinary escape!

Stopped here for a refreshment post shopping at Galle face mall. The interior is cozy and beautiful. We loved the wall of T set up. It was inviting and interesting as well. Coming to the food we tried the mulled wine and the mango tea, both were simply fantastic. The mango strawberry tea was perfect for a warm sunny day. Looking forward to try some food the next time. The service could definitely be better.

We sat here for more than an hour waiting for our "chocolate size tarts" & cake.,,They arrived. Minus the hot drinks.... .(.photos enclosed)waited....waited waited for our hot chocolate , cinnamon tea.. for yet another 30- 40 minutes, finally inquiring from the utterly chaotic counter..who seemed bemused by the inquiry????, , The hot drinks came one by one..long after the tarts & cake were consumed..!!!.The hot drinks were horrid. Perhaps influenced by our horrid tea. encounter...The dumplings never arrived..The manager Mr Anurudaha was much too busy being the cashier, to care about the customer service or comfort.The staff simply don't care...This is an embarrassment to Sri Lanka's Premier shopping mall.A street Kade offers you better hospitality & service..,Strongly advice you never to come.....

Located just outside of one galle face mall entrance. Came here to get some work done on my computer, Ordered sweet potato fries which was incredibly tasty and was super surprised by the tea experience! I thought Id just have tea served in a cup but it came with its own platter, full of different tastes, including, lemon, jaggery, cinnamon, mint and cardamon! The actual tea came in a distiller with a timer, different teas will have different times when they are ready to pour. Each distilled bottle will fill two cups of tea. The flavour and smell of the tea's I had were also incredible, I actually came for coffee but this was such a nicer experience! I don't know if they even serve coffee but the different flavours of black tea are super! There are multiple charging points too but no wifi. Great service as I've stayed for multiple hours. Would definitely come back. Also very reasonable prices :)

I really enjoyed tea cocktails there, my life first time, I had tea cocktail that was delicious. You can enjoy there Iced tea, Cocktails, Pitcher, T mocktail, Tea shooters, T shake, T smoothie, Hot tea kitsch, white tea, oolong team, black tea, infusion and etc.

Food and drinks are great and are still affordable thankfully. Service is SUPER SLOW. Took about 45 mins to 1hr just to get our drinks. Another 30 after that for food. Staff are very friendly.

Went for a late lunch and overall experience was good. Starting from the service, nothing to complaint. Food was delicious, so as the beverages. They are serving hot, cold drinks including cocktails and mocktails. Dim Sum highly recommended and one portion for only one if you are a dumplings lovers. Fish n chips can share with two. Place is clean and well maintained. Access from the Galle Face entrance, and you can come from the basement car park to the L1.

Cozy place. Nice place to hangout with friends or loved ones. Food is great and tasty. Got some interesting menu items as well. Seating may not be sufficient at times. Overall great place to relax amid of a busiest commercial centre.

I went there on a Sunday morning and they welcomed with a welcome drink which was a mix of peach tea and herbs. It was amazingly refreshing. They’ve got a cozy ambience. So it’s an ideal place to hangout with friends. You also can do tea tasting for a few varieties of tea and purchase the tea plunges and other tea making equipments from here for a fair price compared to the market. Food: - matcha swiss roll: absolutely divine and worth the price. They have used some good quality matcha for the cake. - cardamom t-kistch: good - cinnamon t-kistch: good - sourdough: was delicious and lovely Service: A friendly and respectful service.

Couldn’t have had a better experience; our server, Ama, a trainee, added to our experience with her smile. A good start to the festive season, with Dilmah being perfect.

Very disappointed that giving my take a way ice tea (Mungo Berry) in next door restaurant AOBA (Japanese Bar) take away cup. Before I place my order the first question I asked was; “Do you have take away containers? I was told yes but it’s paper cup. Once the drink is ready and I paid the bill, they showed me the cup. That paper cup was so small and they didn’t have a lid which fits. Staff member asked whether he can wrap it and give ? Seriously !!! Then he tried to close it with a smaller lid then he tied a one which is too big and asked “is this ok” Do you hire jokers to work ? I asked them to cancel the order. In stead they gave me it AOBA container . I know I didn’t get what I paid for. Why do you have to cheat on people like this way? The paper cup he initially wanted to give me was even smaller. We are so proud to see Dilmah as an international brand. So why behaving poorly? I can’t imagine Starbucks would give their drinks in Costa Coffee take away cup just because it’s not there. So why have Dilmah would train their staff to provide a service like this?? Should have told me they don’t have the proper, correct size take away cup! I understand that now companies are shifting to Eco friendly containers or with pandemic stocks are limited. That’s why I asked before placing the order whether they have take away containers!! So disappointed and feel like I was cheated. I asked to cancel the order and give me the water bottle only. I was told not sure whether its possible to cancel and give the refund.

We had one of the best high tea experiences in Colombo and I've been to quite a number of them. The high tea for two is presented in a wooden box, with lovely flowers as decorations. The food itself was really good. They offer four savoury items and seven sweet items along with a tea champagne. A very quiet place to enjoy a meal/tea in the mall. The service is really good and the people are quite knowledgeable. It is also a good place to have business meetings. The interior is simply something else. Tastefully decorated and amazing attention to detail.

Pleasant service but we were served with a milk tea that had more than 5 red ants in it. Brought it to their attention and asked them to give another and even in the second one there were ants. They still billed us for it. Won't be going again.

Loved the ambiance, beverages were good but the dishes weren't upto our expectations... We ordered 5 different dishes and from the outlook to their tastes the dishes weren't up to the standard expected from such a reputable brand. And they took much longer to deliver the food to our table, hence overall it was not a good experience. Sorry lads... I had high hopes!

Quaint cafe on the ground floor in OGF. Very nice interior with a good ambience. Can get crowded depending on the time, but seats are available. Service was good, but somewhat delayed, probably due to the crowd at the time. Staff were friendly. Teas are amazing! Very good flavours. Food - only tried the churros. Presentation was excellent but didn't taste fresh.

Place is nice and cozy but had to try many times to get a waiter’s attention. Food was good but they haven’t mentioned the increased prices of the products in the menu. When the bill came and when i ask for the menu, on that time they mentioned that these prices were increased and it is not mentioned in the bill and they forgot. Kinda unprofessional 😊

Dilmah's condensed milk tea is absolutely incredible. It's my go-to choice whenever I visit. The combination of rich, creamy condensed milk with the bold flavor of Dilmah tea is simply unbeatable. It's the perfect balance of sweetness and aroma that keeps me coming back for more. If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out on something truly extraordinary. Trust me, once you take a sip, you'll be hooked just like me. I'm not a tea person, but Dilmah's condensed milk tea has won me over! Highly recommended!

Nice concept and really like the interior design of the place. A wide selection of teas. I tried the seasonal mango team. However I find the tea and cake rather average. And service was super slow and loose. Had to gesture multiple times before they finally gave me the menu, same for food and bill.

We do visit t-lounge often. The food is tasty and definitely they can do more on cakes and other sweet treats. I have a simple suggestion. Please change the seating arrangement. For example the two seats in corner table cannot be used to sit without going under the table.

Great food and great service. They have some innovative drinks based on the taste of Sri Lankan tea. Also, you can buy Dilmah tea (in different taste) from there too.

The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. The Korean chicken wings are a must to taste. The loaded fries are quite good when compared to other places. The cheese cake is very fresh and full of cream cheese and it's priced at less than 1000 ruppees which is the cheapest I've seen yet due to sky rocketing prices. All food items are very tasty and offer good value for the money. Service is a bit slow, you might have to wait around 30-45 minutes to get food and even dessert took like 20 minutes for us but it was definitely worth the wait. Do try the Prince of Kandy tea as it's a very good refresher!
