No Parking.... Not allowed vehicles in.... security says parking is full of ministers vehicles.... turned me away coming from 60kms away from Colombo....13 freakin extensions not a single number is being answered.... How are we supposed to get details about anything.... To teach other people about management first learn to manage your own organization without idolizing the image of an ill performing government institution.... 👎👎👎

Contacted after trying more than 20 phone calls. The person who answer the call was very rude, didn't even give any proper detail and hung up the phone. I wonder how they teach hospitality without answering a phone call proper manner

The Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management (SLITHM) is the only approved premier institute in Sri Lanka offering courses in both hotel and hospitality as well as travel and tourism. Good institute for learn tourism. Good studying environment. Provide many course for students. Provide hotel and hospitality, travels and tourism, Apprenticeship course,and tailor made course.

Did the Hotel and Tourism Diplomas back in 2011. It’s linked with the Government sector,so service can be a bit iffy sometimes. Overall the best Hotel and Tourism School in the Country. They also have branches in many other cities.

Phone calls are never answered by the staff.. It is just impossible to get through to them

Pros- -U can start craft to start off and to other courses, -Information can be found in there website. -Anyone can start with G.C.E O/L. (If they pass) -Internationally Recognized Certification. -Internships at great hotels in colombo and Negombo based mostly. Cons- -When you call the General number, The operator cuts the line half of the time. -You have to go there by yourself to get extra information.

Perfect place and helpful staff.They did a session to us(University undergraduates) and explained all the etiquette of table manners very well.Thank you very much and highly appreciate your work.😁😁

Best place for hospitality and tourism studies. Well Experienced and talented lectures . I honestly respect this place. No one can get this kind of a experience and knowledge from any other hotel school. 👌🏻👨🏻‍🎓

Best place to study about hotel industry. Lecturers are also experienced and very good. However selection exams and internal exams are very hard.

Very poor service. They don't know how to call others. A lady answered my phone call and her explanation was very rude.why they can't provide good service. We have some questions and need to know some informations, thetherefore we call however they can't tell informations nicely.
