Good place to spend time with friends.

One of the biggest place you can reserve in Colombo. Facilities are not up to the level but manageable. Good for sports days, outdoor company events

Good for school events such as New year games and celebrations, annual inter houses sports meets, six a side cricket tournaments, band shows, athletic games and rugby matches. Pavilion consisting of air conditioned compartments too. But basic sanitary facilities are worst. Need to manage and maintained all the facilities.

It is a members only club. Members can invite friends. Great ambience and great food. Many events are organised for the members regularly. Membership fee is very reasonable. It one of the oldest rugby clubs in Sri Lanka.

The grounds were upgraded a few years back, and Havelock Rugby has maintained and managed them to an acceptable standard

Army Vs Kandy match...poor organising by Army..all parking slots blocked for military personnel and Kandy supporters had a hard time to find a parking. Army band played in the pavilion which disturbed the audience. Very poor match organising by overall.

Food ( finger ) was excellent. Unfortunately the day we went a band was playing - literally screaming - so if possible get a table away from the front - if you want to have a decent chat with your friends
