Well, this store can be labelled as a value-for-money place which has a pretty cool collection of Chinese made Japanese branded products in the town...I guess that this is the very first Miniso outlet in Colombo... The perfumes that you get here is simply awesome !! I just loved the way they Use to organize goods...Very tidy.....staffs were there to guide & help us...such a nice place...

To peoples who though its Japanese store full with hello kitty items and instant Ramen noodles, what I have say is I feel sorry for you. :/ But its a really good place to but home-style items every item made in China and branded as Miniso. You can find a wide range of items from stationery to personal electric items. It's simply like the aliexpress store in place. Staff is not helpful and friendly at all. Just look at you like you came to steal something. :D but you can make it good and satisfied shopping experience by your self. Is your girlfriend love soft toy, make sure you bring some extra money with you :D. Prices are really normal but I have noticed they increased the prices of every item from significant and noticeable amount from the original price. They accept credit/debit card.

Went there to pick a soft toy to my sister. During that time phone call came and I had to answer and write few notes on my book, So I opened my bag. At that moment one of the staff members (a young guy. Sale assistant I guess) came near to me, and gave a suspicious and angry look at me. I'm pretty sure he thought I was stealing or something. Afterwards he was always behind me. Wherever I went in the store, he followed me. The way he acted was so rude, I was so embarrassed and annoyed with what happened. So I left without buying anything. You shouldn't put customers in such awkward place. We don't want to rob or steal like poor. If you have any suspicions, why can't you guys check CCTVs before treating customers like that?? Pathetic. Not coming again to this place.

All you can have Japanese fashion and Electronic items can be found here at very reasonable price range starting from least 330 LKR. Household items are one of my favorites since the cuteness embedded with Japanese culture.

Most of their electronics don't work so check before you buy. Product quality and variety has gone down quite a bit except for the soft toys.

I was there for buy a gift they have so many fancy items . Good staff and nice place but in here we can't park our vehicles.

There are lots of cool items that you can check out from bags, stationary, jewelry, electronic items, toys to even household items. The environment is very pleasing as the items aren't jammed packed into the store. But be careful when buying electronic items as I had previously bought a headset and they didn't wanna check it when selling. When I reached home I found that only one side was working, however they replaced the item when I returned it. Recently I bought a Powerbank, still they didn't wanna check whether it was working properly, the guy at the cashier just said that it has a warranty of 3 months. Place deserves a 5 🌟 rating if they can correct these things.

This place is so cool. There are a lot of little things you need and use daily and Miniso has a lot of them. The quality of the products is very good. Prices are reasonable. The ambiance inside is excellent.

We bought a Marvel scale from MINISO UNION PLACE on 11th this month, it turned out to be a faulty product - and also a USED RETURNED product before we bought it, as we found a bill inside the box which belongs to another customer!. And dirt on the surface- from the last one who used it, such a good thing in a time of a pandemic! What a FRAUD they are doing! KEEPING FAULTY RETURNED PRODUCT ON THEIR SHELVES for someone else’s to buy? How unprofessional is it? So I wanted them to deliver me an original product since it’s completely their fault and I made a complaint on the next day and still they haven’t get back to me with a solution. SHAME ON YOU MINISO!! Once the lockdown is lifted, Let me come and throw it in the middle of your store to make the in-store customers to doubt on their purchases.
