    Alberto is the owner and main fitness coach! Very passionate and knowledgeable trainer! Will push you to your limits and offers enough variety in every session that they are neither boring or repetitive!! Highly recommend. They have a 10 pack session card and this is really good value for effort. I'm living in Havelok but still come to train here. PS - come for the 7 am sessions (it's almost like a private session)

    Great space for physical trainings. VERY friendly team, and a complete, clean gym with carpeted floor, & wide mirrors. Would highly recommend.
