Last
night
we
placed
an
orderThat
was
delivered
by
Uber
We
received
the
wrong
order.
Apparently
the
driver
had
two
orders
From
Stoney's
to
deliver
and
mixed
them
up..Tried
contacting
the
driver
immediately
Could
not
so
Called
Stoney's
And
they
informed
me
about
the
driver
and
the
two
orders
and
that
I
needed
to
call
Uber
because
they
handed
off
the
correct
orderOf
course
I
tried
but
the
1-800
number
for
Uber
which
was
in
"no
communication
mode"
Whatever
that
means..so
no
help
from
either
side
and
we
were
left
high&dry..we
were
missing
our
pizza
sub
&salad
And
the
pizza
was
not
only
dry(no
sauce
basically)
the
lid
was
stuck
in
cheese&pep..I
think
that
when
a
driver
has
two
orders
from
the
same
place
they
shud
mark
the
box&
bag
with
the
house
number..and
since
Stoneys
does
receive
the
$they
shud
find
a
way
to
help
customers.

Saturday
evening
was
Slammin...tonight
OMG!
AWFUL
WE
PICKED
THIS
TIME
1ST
TIME
THERE..We
ordered
our
usual
Pizza
sub,
which
was
not
cooked
all
the
way
an
very
dry,
steak
sub,an
meatball
sub,
which
was
mostly
bread
very
few
meatballs.
Their
pizza
subs
are
open
face
He
had
made
a
closed
Big
difference
I
told
him
it
should
have
been
open
face
like
always
and
he
said
he
does
not
make
him
like
that
I
told
him
but
Stoneys
does
And
I
told
him
I
didn't
want
it
So
he
took
the
sub
back
and
slammed
it
in
the
trash
made
a
new
one
open
faced
but
it
sucked
i
had
to
put
in
my
oven
finish
to
cooking
still
not
good
cuz
I
asked
for
extra
sauce
,my
favorite
thing
about
Stoney's,
the
reason
I
order..was
so
dry..I
feel
I'm
wasting
$
they
have
nvr
offer
to
fix
anything
just
wasted
$
