The burgers, the drinks, the fries, the atmosphere... Club 185 is a perfect, elevated dive within the German Village nooks and crannies. Similar to it's sister Little Palace, a bar you can rely on and go to with confidence that you've made a good decision. Consistent and welcoming, it's a place in German Village I love ordering from.

Really 3.5. Food was good but I’ve had similar food with better quality. Our server was friendly but not attentive, at all. I was really hoping for a better experience because it’s been on my “must go” list for awhile and was disappointed. I’ll give it a second try but it’ll be awhile before that happens.

This is one of my new favorite places. The food is excellently priced and tasted fantastic. They had great draft beer options and super fast service. This will probably be one of my new regular spots!

Everything I want out of a classy pub! Little pub-ish, little dive-ish. HAPPY HOUR!! I got every happy hour appetizer and more than a few drinks! I spent less than 50 bucks 🥰

Stopped by while watching our friend's house. The margherita pizza was incredible, and the service was incredibly attentive even though the restaurant was full. The decor here made the place feel like a friend's house, rather than a stuffy establishment like a lot of the other offerings are in this area. An absolutely perfect date night spot.

After visiting Club 185 fairly frequently over the past decade I was finally able to get my hands on the ever elusive “Beef on Weck” Thursday special. I must say it blew away every expectation, absolute must try!

The food here is excellent — way better than your usual pub fare. However, it’s so busy it can be tough to find a spot if you arrive after 5 and there isn’t really a great spot to wait. If you’re planning to stop by here in the evening, definitely try to arrive early!

I have been going to Club 185 for at least 2 decades and the service, drinks, and food is always top notch. The kitchen staff are amazing chefs, the bartenders are always nice, friendly, kind and courteous they above and beyond with customer service. You have to check out there happy hour food specials. when I was younger I would go there for late night drinks but now I come mainly for the food!!

Club 185 is one of the best bars I have ever attend and dine at . The waiter was super sweet and talkative . The bar was clean and chill with cozy music to make u feel home . The bites were so good , I enjoyed the burger and Sam’s special plate. Prices were fair for such vibes. I recommend u all to check it up ☝️.

Amazing environment, friendly staff and delicious food!! I tried the Philly and egg, the daily double (burgers and fries), the NY Reuben and the beer cheese fries with my husband and EVERYTHING was PERFECT!! Large portions and very flavorful. And prices were also pretty nice. We will DEFINITELY be back!!

Service is amazing. The bartenders are prompt and know what is going on around them. Food was great , happy hour is very reasonable. I suggest a well drink and some appetizers to start off with if you just come in for a after work drink. The other food looks amazing but I have yet to try it . Staff is nice and the place is clean . Bathrooms looked well maintained when I stopped in .

Hadn't been here for many years. What use to be a local, dark place to hangout and play pinball has really changed. I loved this dark hangou as a young person, but this time around I liked it in a different way. Food was good-loved the cheese curds and the service-was great. The beer was adequate and my friends and I had a great time reminiscing. The only problem that I could identify is there is not much parking.

Used to love this place! Went tonight and our waiter was the rudest human I’ve ever met. He disgusted us all and ruined what was fun birthday drinks with his poor foul attitude. They should be disgusted that they hire someone like that.

OUTSTANDING, authentic Buffalo N.Y Specialty food. This is the very best roast beef on weck sandwich I have eaten since leaving the Buffalo area years ago. I would love to try all of their Buffalo specialty meals but time didn't permit. Any time we return to the Columbus area I will for sure to return to Club 185 to try some more great Buffalo style food. Thanks for a GREAT meal!!!

Bar Server Shannon is the star of the show in this homely hangout. Great for lunch, dinner or winding down from work. Awesome pub fare and drinks served by an ecstatic and eclectic staff. Club 185 is good for business too.

Every time I eat here I get mad at myself for not eating here more often. Their double cheeseburger with bacon is delicious along with the beer cheese soup and Mac and cheese as is everything else I’ve eaten here. The staff is personable and competent. The decor is perfect. They have the formula for a neighborhood hangout with comfort food and good drinks right. Also they have Miller High Life in ice-cold bottles.

I love this place. From the Monday tacos to a late night burger. Simple food never done wrong. Great bartenders and local regulars. Everyone makes you feel welcomed.

Food was okay. You either hate the fries or love them. The hamburgers was okay, the beef wasn't premium, and $1.50 for 2 little slices of bacon was a bit much, but heaping of fries was good. Overall service was good and food for the price was fair.

Great, consistent service and food. I do wish they had more vegetarian options, but overall a solid choice. Their happy hour is unbeatable.

I love this place. I can’t really put my finger on it, but it offers the right amount of chill vibes, mixed with the energy that comes with being at a retro bar. The food is simple, but good. Everything there seems to be the right price. My favorite casual dining spot in German Village. Oh, and get the burger.

Consistency, great food, and ambiance. That’s what comes to mind when I think of 185. I’ve been a somewhat frequent patron since Fall 2014 and can say with assurance that the food has been of consistent delicious quality since my first visit. From what I’ve heard from long-time patrons it has been consistent since the current iteration of 185 began in 2002. The atmosphere has also remained unchanged- comfortable and with a kind of contemplative elegance seemingly unusual for other venues of a similar nature. 185 gets busy and crowded on the weekends, and rightfully so, but if you find yourself spinning your wheels during the week and in need of a cozy late night eat, set compass to 185, you will be glad you did.

Great happy hour! Cheap drinks and delicious food. The beer cheese fries and cheese curds are must trys!

Heard a lot about this place, but left disappointed. NO AC...and I've never been so hot in a restaurant that day. I won't put that on them as I believe most of the city was w/o. However, the service was pretty poor. Waited for drinks for forever and our food took at least an hour. Watched at least 4-5 other groups who got there after us get their food. Food was good for the price, but too many other great options in that area with better service/food

I literally cannot say better things about a restaurant in Columbus. I mean that with my heart and soul, great service, AMAZING food, strong drinks. 10/10! (Just don’t order the mac and cheese, please just believe me) I’m from the Buffalo/Rochester area and this food is almost as good as home!

Best smash burger and cheese curds in town with a fantastic down-to-earth, "everybody knows your name" vintage vibe. Will definitively be back!

Food and drinks are amazing and the price is good, but why are they so slow at assisting tables? The last two occasions I went there, I sat on a table waiting to even be acknowledged, no waiter/waitress even came to say hi, I'll be right with you. Both times left after sitting at s table for 10 minutes

Very good food, affordable prices and friendly staff. Our server even took the price of our drinks off the tab because of a small error with the food. Would recommend for everyone looking for good American food!

Pretty good experience. The bartenders were really nice to us - one of them actually replaced my bowl of chili after she noticed that it was just soup. They also had non alcoholic beers which most bars still don't.

I really like Club 185. I don't drink so I go there for the food. I usually order the Charles Burger and their great sweet porato fries. I usually go once or twice a month. A lot of good choices around here.

Laid Back & Chill was the atmosphere. Small patio out front was nice. Service was friendly and faster than expected. The Turkey sandwich was amazing! Haven't had a sandwich 🥪 impress me in a long time! I will go back. Keep up the great job!
