    The quality is diminishing and the prices have gone up. 3 out of 4 steaks have not been cooked to medium well. I have had to recook my bloody meat in the middle of my meal. The bacon bits were not cooked at all, nothing more unsanitary than uncooked pork. I'm tired of the "we can't get help" maybe it's time the Outback CEO'S give up their huge salaries to keep the company going, and the customers comming back. It just goes to show you that the big wigs need the little workers just as much as a company needs a good ceo. Time to redistribute the wealth or the ceos can start waiting tables to keep the doors open.

    Place was pretty empty, food took about an hour to arrive. Waitress only came once to refill waters and check on us. We all ordered medium and medium rare steaks, but all cooked to well done . Said they were short staffed, and said "you can't win them all". Ok, but maybe limit the restaurant hours or something instead of providing your customers with poorly cooked food and bad service that seemed to not care at all about the situation. Attached is the photo of the supposed 6 oz sirloin cooked medium rare.

    Will NOT be ordering takeout from here again. Might be a better experience if we dined in. But the takeout was extremely disappointing. Considering how much we paid, I expected it to be at least HALFWAY decent. I could have made it all myself and it'd be 20x better. None of us (4) wanted to even finish our food, and my personal meal was completely wrong.

    Today was such a beautiful day. It was my birthday and we decided to come to my favorite steakhouse. This was the best experience that I have ever had at Outback. The staff were so kind and the food was amazing. I even notice the changes in the restaurant. I had to give a compliment to them. Adam Ross, Sarrah, and Paula were to die for. I never leave reviews but I had to leave one because Adam gave me such great customer service and made sure my steak was A1!!!!!

    I was very much looking forward to a great birthday dinner. I was so very disappointed. The hostess was not pleasant at all. Apparently she was also bussing and wiping down tables. The blooming onion was way over- fried. You could even taste a hint of burnt. I ordered a filet mignon with a salad and loaded baked potato. I could barely find the dressing on the salad. The server came out to tell us they were out of baked potatoes and tried to convince us to take mashed potatoes. Looking immediately behind her, the kitchen staff had our steaks with mashed potatoes. We didn’t get a chance to choose a different side. My filet was not medium- medium well. It was like a hockey puck. I asked for a new steak and rice( which was super spicy). My husband had his meal completely finished and then had to sit and wait for me to get my food and eat(only half because I felt bad for him and lost my appetite by then). We were not given any opportunity/ choice to order any dessert. To top things off, the way they wrote out the bill was insulting . They charged us for a third meal( an extra filet) and then took it off like they ‘comped’ it. Then the suggested tip was based on all 3 meals!!!! The bright spots- the sweet tea, bread, and server- Alecia( although I think she was polite trying to cover for kitchen screw ups).

    Cold, old coffee. Returned to kitchen. Came back nuked, old coffee. Cold dining area... 60... maybe? Potato soup was luke warm to... cold. Cooked carrots were as hard as raw. Sweet potato was sopping wet nuked. Steak and lobster were good. 🙂 Do yourself a favor and drive to the Parma Outback location... real chefs, excellent experience every time...and a very inconvenient credit card payment process!

    Do you believe in an outback who doesn't have a ribs?? Another relevant thing , the waitress who served us, took almost 20 minutes to take the food order, even after she had already given us the drink. 20 minutes is unacceptable. She never came to the table to see if we needed anything, the restaurant was almost mousy and she kept chatting with other employees. Definitely not coming back.

    DoorDash outback where’d do I begin? From a raw steak ( ordered well, to Alice Springs without honey mustard, to a loaded baked potato with no bacon & no sour cream . Steamed veggies way over cooked. Outback used to be decent , these 2 meals were horrible..Thoroughly disappointed. We went out to eat after we received our DoorDash order because we had to throw in the trash. Smh

    We ordered two steaks, one medium well and the other medium. Both came out severely undercooked. Mine was about rare. I suggest ordering your steak cooked twice as much as you would normally like it. We also had the onion soup, which was good but stupid hot, Tasmanian chili, which was fantastic, and a salad as our sides (can't really mess that up). Our server was great, and the atmosphere was okay. Not sure if we'll be returning or recommending this place to anyone in the future.

    Dining in is usually good but make sure to check your to-go orders. I am missing part of my order and my $17 steak salad is just lettuce and a little cheese. I asked for no blue cheese and it is full of it. I always tip 10% on pick-up orders also.

    Honestly - for the price we paid - the food was just mediocre. It used to be better - but these are different times I guess. The steaks were either tough, not cooked properly or fatty. There were several items that we ordered that they were out of or simply forgot to bring out. We had to get management permission to have a party of 10 on a Tuesday because they were short staffed. One half of the restaurant was not in use. On a good note - the staff was wonderful, pretty attentive and took good care of us. We'll probably go back - but it might be a while.

    Walked in at 545 on a Tuesday, waited about 4 minutes for someone to come to the hostess desk to even greet us. Got seated and proceeded to wait for over 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us. We stood up to leave and the waitress finally came over to ask if we were just going to the restroom. No-we were leaving. I know the food is usually good here but the service is really struggling now.

    Pictures say it all. Food was GREAT except for the mushrooms 🤢 Sercice was ALRIGHT waitress was in a hurry, not too servicial. Only thing we did not like about the Restaurant when I walked in host looked at me and laugh. I am LATINO and our family took that very offensive. I feel like everyone should be welcomed and treated as the rest. Other than that our family had a good time drinks was really good speccially that Mojito 👌

    Alit was a Saturday evening and very busy plus short of staff I think in the Kitchen. Nevertheless the waitresses were extremely helpful and obliging. We were told before we waited that things were a bit slow y pleasant a polite reception. The food was good steak done exactly as we asked. Oooh the bread was great and we had extras. There was plenty of parking spaces but as a rainy night and busy many were full. Clean washrooms and empty towels holder replace quickly. Bins regularly emptied.

    Came in on Friday night and knew it would be busy. They told us between 20-40 minutes. People came in after us and were seated in 10 minutes. When I asked why, I was told THEY CALLED AHEAD. I then stated I was told that you don’t take reservations. They said WE DON’T, but they called ahead. I said I had called ahead and was (by whoever answered) that OUTBACK does NOT take reservations, just check in when you arrive.

    We placed an online order for curbside pickup. We got all the way home and realized that the order was incorrect, even though the receipt was correct. Also at the time of pickup we asked for mayo and we were told they do not have mayo. A place that has burgers but no mayo?!! A call was placed to the restaurant stating the order was incorrect and we did not get some of the items we ordered. The only thing offered was to come back and get the missed items. We had already drove 10 or more minutes for pickup. We definitely did not want to drive back. Check your bags before leaving. Complete lack of customer service.

    Wow this place has turned into a joke. I feel horrible for the Bartenders and Servers their back of house and management are screwing them. Steak quality is horrible, a filet with a ton of fat and super dry and it was supposed to be medium rare, and our salmon was still frozen in the middle. We came here a couple of months ago and had the same horrible quality. Did I mention it took 90 minutes from ordering to get our food and the place wasn’t even busy. Stay away! Will never come back. Ugh. Management needs to change(same managers as last time), front of house manager was leaning on the hostess stand and said to go orders were busy it is what it is Lmao. I love giving good reviews but ooof. Unfortunately it seems the franchisee doesn’t care about the restaurant anymore. Truly feel bad for the servers and bartenders they were all apologizing to their tables.

    We waited over an hour before they took the order and then another hour before the food came. The lobster was awful. The waitress was very nice but really this needs to either close or have new management. I will not be back.

    Apparently there’s a limit on characters and I can’t fully explain how bad my situation was here tonight… I’ll just sum it up. Service was bad, I never got my food out early like I asked but people next to us who came later did, when we asked for bread it took almost 20 minutes, and our order already came before we got it, when I left money on the table for change, we had waited far too long for her to simply walk it back to us, instead she took other peoples orders and made some drinks making us wait unnecessarily, and the total that we were there was over two hours. When we arrived there only 2 other tables that we could see. I don’t mind waiting. I just think she has a terrible sense of order, needs training on methods that make sense in a restaurant, and try not to make people wait to leave from the time I asked her for a box to the time I walked out the door was probably about 40 minutes, just to paint the picture. I will end it on a note that you would think a steakhouse would know how to cook a steak. I asked for medium, there is absolutely no pink in any of the steak. They should have cooked the steak whole, and then cut it, instead of the other way around. It was over cooked and disgusting. I didn’t even eat it… I placed it on a plate and put it at the end of my table but apparently that wasn’t enough of a cue to even see if something was wrong. I honestly cannot even remember what year I last had bad service, anywhere I’ve went…. This was terrible.

    Our server was amazing! Our steaks were questionable. My steak was presented well done when I requested medium rare. My girl's steak was cooked medium rare when she requested medium well. A simple mistake with our order... somehow our replacement steaks were worse. My $30 steak was mostly fat and my girls steak was doused in pepper. This location needs to improve.

    We just wasted two hours going here, but I need to waste another few minutes to warn you: it’s awful. Appetizer plate had old lettuce stuck to it. Took 25 minutes to order. Waited AN HOUR AND A HALF for a raw steak and room temp potato. I wish we had just walked out. They didn’t even take anything off the bill. What a waste of a night. Waitress was nice, but the place shouldn’t even be open. Pathetic.

    A couple months ago we had a terrible carry-out experience at this location. We typically do not complain, but my wife kindly called to explain the situation (the food wasn't edible and we waited almost an hour after our food was promised) and the manager gave us a gift certificate in consideration of our issues. Nice! We figured we would give this location another shot. So we recently used the gift certificate and unfortunately had another terrible experience - this time we were dining-in. We were seated at approximately 4:45 P.M. on a Sunday evening and it was hardly busy at this point. We did not receive our entrees until 6:40 P.M. The service was absolutely terrible and the food wasn't much better. The waitress hardly acknowledged these issues and acted like this was just normal course. The restaurant did not appear clean either. This will be the last time we attend this location. It is unfortunate because this is the only Outback location on the west side.

    I only left 1 star because I had to. My waitress was the worst. We ordered drinks which were great. Then placed our appetizer order. The waitress served the whole entire dining room their food then brought us cold appetizers that had been sitting in the back. She brought the appetizers and dinner out together. We were at a 2 person booth so there is not a lot of room for more then 2 plates. She said it was because the cook dropped our chips but never even communicated this to us the entire time we were waiting. The new tortilla chips for the steak dip were burnt. She wasn’t even coming to check on us to see if we needed anything. Horrible Service. Never Again

    We picked up a takeout order this afternoon while it was very busy. We were worried upon pulling into the driveway and seeing how many cars were there, but to our surprise we had a really good experience. The workers were very nice and got our food to us quickly despite the craziness. Our food was packaged well and we weren’t missing a single sauce! They also made sure to include a loaf of their infamous brown bread. I am pleasantly surprised by how well the process went. Thank you for the lovely lunch!

    Did call ahead seating. Got there had to wait a little. Got our drinks right away and ordered cheese fries. Those came fairly quick. Ordered at 7:50pm at 8:25 asked waitress how much longer it would be. She came back and said our order was now 25th in line. It would probably be another 45 to 60 minutes. Don't you think you should have told us you were extremely slow in getting the food out when we ordered?! Plus, after I order a burger, she comes back to say, "we just ran out of buns. You can have a sub type bun or two pieces of bread. Talked with manager and let him know he proceeds to tell us he just found out about the buns. 45 minutes after they ran out and that he has no idea why they are taking so long. So, he said he's going to take the cheese fries off the bill. Mind you, we already told him we canceled our order and were leaving. The waitress brings our bill, which has the cheese fries and our Arnold Palmer. I asked the waitress about the fries still being on our bill. Her response was, he thought you guys were staying to eat, and he was going to take it off. Since you didn't have anything else on the bill, he left it. I think it will be a long while before we go back there. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

    We went to Outback Steakhouse tonight and it was wonderful. Our server, Deante, was personable and efficient. He was very attentive. Food came out hot and cooked to perfection. Manager Justin M. stopped by a couple times to check on us. The restaurant was busy and the staff was in constant motion. We had a wonderful meal with friends and enjoyed both the food and company immensely. We will be back soon!

    We ordered the $23.99 special that included a 6 oz sirloin steak, grilled chicken with mushrooms, bacon , topped with cheese and honey mustard sauce and two sides. Our steaks were grizzly, tough, chewy and the thiker steak was under cooked . We ordered bothe steaks to be grilled medium .The service was good . Save yourself from the steak disappointment by just ordering the smothered chicken . Also, I noticed when exiting, that the entrance foyer flooring was cracked and upheavinig everywhere. Had I noticed the problem of lack of maintenance beforehand, I would've turned around and left .

    Horrible, waited forever to pick up my food, ask for cheese fries with extra bacon, doesn't even have bacon on it, pay for extra cheese, I doubt they ran out of cheese. Horrible experience for $35 Ask for extra ranch, they must've strained their arms getting that extra small cup of ranch filled. Glad I don't live here. Just reminds me of why I stopped coming to the outback in the first place. Contacted the restaurant after checking this out, they have refunded my entire bill.

👍👍 This is a fantastic place for tacos very simple nothing crazy other then the wall art witch is so cool to look at. I like that they have build tacos. There guacamole is really good I also like the atmosphere and to get server was super nice his name was Zach I recommend asking for him as a server.
