Kadie the Cow

Tourist attraction β€’ Historical landmark

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Just a giant cow statue and an empty parking lot. But it is fun to take pictures with it. The legend of Kadie the cow goes back for centuries, they say one day she will come to life and stomp the local businesses flat. Thanks for reading my review, hope you have a wonderful day. People often mention Kadie,

If you're passing by, definitely stop by to see Kadie! She's easy to get to, and next to an abandoned Best Buy. It's a little hard to get in front of her with how she's positioned, but she's still good to see. It's free to see her, you probably won't spend more than a few minutes here though.

Kadie the Cow has moved to Waterfront Park. The fiberglass statue previously took up residence in 1967 on the Manchester Expressway at the former Kinnett Dairy Plant. Now, in late 2022, it's looking to be the new stomping grounds for this gal.

Was cool but had scaffolding around her, and she needed painting. But great view of the river. Lots of fun at the park!

Kadie the cow endures the test of time, but Best Buy is gone. Interesting place to visit to see an interesting advertising landmark from the past.

HOLY COW, MAN!! πŸ„πŸ‘€ Kadie was worth the trek up the hill to the abandoned Best Buy Building!! I would love to know the story behind her, but she is still quite a sight without that information!! If you're looking for a little Urban Exploring... This is a must!! She's standing gaurd and waiting for you πŸ„πŸ™ƒπŸ˜‰

If u don't open your eyes u would surely miss it. It's not a business or anything. Just a cow sitting side the row. But I did take pictures. πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ

I love they've moved her down by the river for so many more people to enjoy her. β™₯οΈπŸ„

Katie the Cow is all alone in an empty parking lot where Best Buy used to be. She’s all run down πŸ˜₯

My daughter took a photo under Kadie the Cow when she was a little girl. Her father brought her here from Okinawa Japan for a short visit and because her brother had taken one she wanted one also. Kadie has been there a long time. Good to see her again. Juicy Menefee πŸ¦‹

Disappointed that Kadie isn't being taken care of. She is located in an empty parking lot almost hidden from main road. The kids enjoyed seeing a massive cow, sad someone stolen her calf.

It's an outdoor cow near the old empty best buy. Pretty cool to see and the kids enjoyed seeing it and playing under it.

Fun fact my great great grandmother actually won the prize to name her way back then and decided to name her kadie. It’s just cool to know my little family has got something tied to us in Columbus ga history

She desperately needs a coat of paint and some repairs, but I'm glad to see Kadie having a permanent home with the city, even if she doesn't have any traffic to monitor anymore.
