My boyfriend and I went to Diamonds Direct after hearing an advertisement for them on 97.1 the Fan and we were starting to look for Engagement rings and wedding rings as he wanted to make sure that I picked out something that I really loved. We spent time with Heidi that day and I can tell you that she was the most informative representative we met with that day across the different stores that we went to. She was very knowledgeable and even though we had tried to do our homework beforehand about diamonds, she made a confusing topic seem much easier to understand. She took the time to listen to our budget and to find us a ring that fit into and maximized our budget across the board for my tastes. For example, she explained how the proper cut of a diamond can make a smaller carat diamond look bigger in size so that you save money and still have a beautiful ring. After we had found one that we really liked she did not pressure us into doing anything that day, she wrote us a quote of a price for the ring and matching band and when we told her we wanted to look around at other places just to do our homework about what else was out there she did not try to convince us otherwise. In fact, she actually encouraged us to go search around Columbus to any other place we wanted. She said she was confident we would find our way back to them and she was not wrong. What surprised me the most is going into some of the other prominent stores in the area, when we had told them we had been to Diamonds Direct, none of the other representatives even tried to explain to us why we should buy from them instead of Diamonds Direct, none of them had anything to say about why their product or experience was superior and this surprised me quite a bit! Needless to say, Heidi found us a beautiful diamond and a beautiful setting and got us set up with the engagement ring and wedding bands for him and myself all in one visit. I went to diamonds direct with my husband to upgrade my engagement ring setting for one that would provide more security for my diamond. I was assisted by Taryn who listened to my concerns and help me select the perfect setting. It was custom made and took about 2 1/2 weeks (it was early, yay!) Not the usual 4 that were required for this order, which was a nice surprise. Throughout the process, Taryn emailed me and kept me in the loop even remembering small details of our first conversation which was very thoughtful. Overall it was a great experience and I will be returning!

I went to the Polaris location Diamonds Direct today with hopes that they could help repair my engagement ring with loose diamonds although I hadn’t purchased it from them. My husband had bought me an anniversary ring from them and said it was a great experience so recommended I go there. I am so so very glad I did. The switch was done so well, I thought nothing of it! He even bought the ring while I was there and didn't know. I was still surprised when he had the ring. Would recommend Diamond Direct. We saw a similar ring as to mine at Macys for $2,000 more than what we paid for at Diamonds Direct. Go see Heidi!!!!

Me and my sisters walked into Diamonds Direct not knowing what to expect. We’re just going to check them out. We walked and it was our lucky day . We was approached by our favorite Nick who we knew from Kay’s Jewelry. We are so happy to see Nick, the general manager at Diamonds Direct. We ended up buying a few very, very good diamonds. Nick is very very nice, patient, and never pressure us. We had the best experience at Diamonds Direct. Diamonds Direct have all of the quality and styles you’re looking for. He then brought us four options based on our answers, and we played a fun comparison game.
