I love buying in Macy's, only and in the store. I can find whatever I need without knowing that I needed it before. It always surprise me with the best offers and prices. My number one store to buy gifts, mostly on this time of the year 🎁

Not safe area at all my car got break in at the macys parking lot and things got stolen from my car. Do not go to this mall for shopping it’s getting worst day by day no one there to help either.

I believe this location is the worst Macys in the Columbus area. The floors are always filthy. Very often I see clothes on the floor, especially near the women’s Last Act section. And today the male employee who works over the men shoes section was extremely unhelpful and rude. We asked about a pair of sneakers they had over Polaris, in a different size, and he seemed really bothered by the fact we were looking for help. He acted utterly annoyed when we asked if he could check the stock for us. Lol! I won’t be returning to the Tuttle location.

Bought our bath towles. What wasn't on the shelf was delivered the following week. Love the 20% discount offer that was going on too. 💯👍🏻

Had a nice time with getting photos with Santa. I took my own pictures. The cost charged is outrageous. But, the kiddos had fun.

Always liked this store. Generally find what I'm looking for, prices are about what you would expect for a higher end department store. No problem finding help on the floor, which is a pleasant surprise. Wasn't too busy for a Monday during December.

Went to check out the toys r us sectikn and wasnt disappointed, they have a rather large section carves out just for all the toys r us stuff, lots of new goodies and ranging back to stuff from my childhood. Really quite awesome

I like Macy's. I shop their sales. I can frequently find decent quality clothes and other things in sale at Macy's cheaper than, for instance, Wal-Mart.

Macy's in store experience has gone way down since COVID. The store is a mess! There were carts and boxes unpacked sitting in two large areas of the floor. The options in the store were very limited. This is so disappointing because I use to be a fan of Macy's.

Organization for Black Friday was okay but there weren’t many men’s shirts of the smaller variety. Also the tile and carpet are stained and probably need to be replaced.

Very nice associates here. Prices are competitive, and the store is super clean. Both floors are consistently decent priced with lots of inventory.

I was sticker shocked. Had not been to a Mall or Macy's in 2 years. Went to look at golf shirts for men. They didn't have near as many as they use to but I still like the mdse. In Macys.

Some good deals to be had on black Friday. Looked well stocked and had plenty of staff to help the crowds. This place is anchoring the failing Tuttle Mall.

This is a very nice Macys location. It usually isn’t too busy so you can easily find great deals. The staff is so helpful especially in the shoe department. I will definitely be back.

Found a perfume for my wife at a very good price. They have all famous brands.

Great Men's department staff. Needed a suit and tie. The sales associate nailed all of the sizes first try.

Macy's has become too expensive. I know everything has gone up in price but $65 for an average pair of men's pants...no thanks. The staff was wonderful, very friendly. The store was clean...although very uncomfortable. The air has not worked in the mall since June.

Unfortunately the co.puter system was not working well. I traveled to another store to purchase apparel only to find our that the system misrepresented the apparel and ot was not available. I attempted to call that store in advance to save me from the travel time but no one answered my multiple calls...... Even the ordering system was down.... I left my name and phone number but no one followed up with me... Somewhat disappointing!

Went to three different Macy's In the Columbus area this day. We were on a mission to find prom dress. This was the most helpful of the 3 stores. One young associate helped me with finding the size we needed.

At macy's you can find , good brand of clothes like Ck,GA,adidas,nike for man woman and children ...also home decoration stuff ,dishes ,small kitchen appliances,toys..., the most I love is the original parfum they have and makeup 💄 etc..but is expensive store .cashier and services agents not enough .

Their cosmetics are good. Women's shoes are always nice to check out.

Had a great experience. Everything was clean,well organized and clearly marked. Very glad that many sizes were available so your choices were not limited. Found staff very helpful without being too aggressive. Easy parking and great sales.

I was there to return some Estee Lauder foundation that I had purchased on-line. The sales woman explained it was past the return time. She then explained what I could do so that I could still use the product. Introduced me to some new ones and sent me home with a sample! That is the kind of service I've always experienced at Macy's. The stores are bright and inviting. It's a pleasure to shop at any of the Macy stores
