I’ve
just
recently
started
TDF,
I’m
in
my
early
fifties,
and
very
overweight,
and
completely
out
of
shape
in
all
aspects.
I
just
didn’t
want
to
go
to
the
regular
gym,
not
knowing
where
to
start,
or
what
equipment
I
needed
to
workout
on,
I
also
needed
a
nutritional
food
plan
that
would
work
for
me.
Thank
God
I
found
Tina,
I
met
with
her,
discussed
my
issues,
my
weight,
and
where
I
needed
to
get
to
be
healthy,
and
do
things
I’d
like
to
do
without
being
so
tired,
and
out
of
breath.
Tina
gave
me
my
own
food
plan,
and
menu,
and
I
go
workout
with
her
3
times
a
week
to
start.
Tina’s
very
patient
with
me,
she
knows
what
training
will
work
good
on
burning
fat
in
the
areas
of
more
weight.
I’ve
got
so
much
confidence
in
her
to
get
this
weight
off
of
me,
that
we
signed
my
teen
son
up,
who
also
needs
to
loose
weight,
and
weight
train
to
burn
fat,
he’s
also
on
a
nutrition
meal
plan
that
Tina
has
planed
out
for
him.
Her
workouts
are
never
boring,
and
she
encourages
you
though
the
whole
workout.
Tina
has
plans
to
choose
from,
which
will
work
for
anyone.
I
have
a
long
way
to
go
to
get
to
my
goal,
but
I’m
confident
Tina
is
going
to
get
me
there
with
her
workouts
for
me,
and
with
her
nutrition
plan
she
does
for
me.
My
son
is
extremely
happy
too
that
he’s
found
a
place
where
he
can
go
to
workout,
and
have
Tina
help
him
reach
his
weight
goal
to
feel
better,
and
be
healthy!
He
enjoys
the
weight
training,
and
looks
forward
to
going.
Tina
is
absolutely
a
wonderful
trainer,
she’s
patient,
knowledgeable,
and
encouraging.
Anyone
interested
in
a
real
trainer,
a
great
gym,
and
getting
healthy
needs
to
go
check
her
out!
You’ll
not
regret
it,
she’s
absolutely
the
best!!
