    Tina is a life changer-I was overworked, tired (medical intern year and residency). Tina really helped me get my nutrition and health back on track. She worked with my exercise routine(I didn’t want to change too much), and made suggestions where appropriate. Once you start to follow her nutrition advice, you realize it’s a lifestyle change. Can’t praise her enough. Thanks a million Dr. Davis (I highly recommend her shake mix)!

    I’m 44 years old and have been active the majority of my life. I was active in sports in high school and continued being active by running half marathons and completing triathlons in my 20’s and 30’s. Life got busy and I began to put my personal health and active lifestyle on the back burner in my 40’s due to work and just being a mom, wife and all that comes with it. With a major surgery that required me to stop any activity for eight week I began packing on pounds and had lost a great deal of muscle and I could tell a drastic difference in my body. I stepped on the scale one morning and was fed up. Fed up with how I felt, how I looked and needed to have a foundational knowledge of what would work for me now that I was well into my 40’s… and then I found Tina Davis at Total Definition Fitness. Tina sat down with me to understand my lifestyle, my health goals, my likes and dislikes with food and she created a plan for ME. Everyone is different and having someone interested and passionate in helping you strive to meet your goals is extremely important and is essential when seeking out a health coach. I’m 6 weeks into my new “me” and I can’t begin to tell you how much better I feel. 9 lbs down and several inches gone, I have more energy, less pains and I’m so much stronger. Tina gave me more than a plan, she gave me a healthier lifestyle that makes me want to keep getting at it…. I’m just getting started! I highly recommend Tina to anyone that is seeking a health coach for real food options, real workout plans and real results. She is professional, passionate and takes pride in seeing you transform into your best you.

    I was 6 weeks post partum of my third child and wearing size 10 clothes when I started my fitness journey with Total Definition Fitness. Tina Davis asked what my goal was and I said I want to fit my wedding dress again which is a size 0/2! She told me that with 6 months with her I could accomplish it. That day was September 10th 2018. On February 4th, 2019 I fit again my wedding dress again!!!!!!!!! 5 months after! It is real!!!!!! If you need real results you NEED a professional!!!! Tina has been a tremendous help! She showed me how to eat right, good food not just salads! Meals that will fill me up and give me the energy I need! The workouts are fantastic, Tina is a great trainer, the gym is very well equipped and her clients are the nicest people, just like her, they will encourage me everytime I was struggling finishing a series of exercises, they are the best people, very supportive to each other. Also I want to add that the supplements Tina recommends are amazing, now I have a Spark drink in the morning instead of coffee and it has been great! The whey protein shake is delicious and helped me to control my appetite and the Catalyst supplement helps me to not feel sore after workouts which I feared because it had always happened to me and the Probiotics had help me to regulate my digestive system. So overall I will definitely recommend this place and Tina Davis if you want real results, feel amazing, energetic and strong.

    I’ve just recently started TDF, I’m in my early fifties, and very overweight, and completely out of shape in all aspects. I just didn’t want to go to the regular gym, not knowing where to start, or what equipment I needed to workout on, I also needed a nutritional food plan that would work for me. Thank God I found Tina, I met with her, discussed my issues, my weight, and where I needed to get to be healthy, and do things I’d like to do without being so tired, and out of breath. Tina gave me my own food plan, and menu, and I go workout with her 3 times a week to start. Tina’s very patient with me, she knows what training will work good on burning fat in the areas of more weight. I’ve got so much confidence in her to get this weight off of me, that we signed my teen son up, who also needs to loose weight, and weight train to burn fat, he’s also on a nutrition meal plan that Tina has planed out for him. Her workouts are never boring, and she encourages you though the whole workout. Tina has plans to choose from, which will work for anyone. I have a long way to go to get to my goal, but I’m confident Tina is going to get me there with her workouts for me, and with her nutrition plan she does for me. My son is extremely happy too that he’s found a place where he can go to workout, and have Tina help him reach his weight goal to feel better, and be healthy! He enjoys the weight training, and looks forward to going. Tina is absolutely a wonderful trainer, she’s patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Anyone interested in a real trainer, a great gym, and getting healthy needs to go check her out! You’ll not regret it, she’s absolutely the best!!

    I enjoy going to Tina and Total Definition Fitness. I just came out of a rough, stressful year and my body took a toll. I like the workouts and the meal plans! I love that the meals are not the same every week and there is a lot of variety. I am still working on my goals! I know everyone loves to see the numbers on the scale go down and it’s easy to get discouraged if you are not losing the weight quick enough. Tina is there to help with that discouragement. She is there to answer any questions and tweak meal plans as needed!

    I am an active 50 year old male. My goal was to cut weight (get leaner) and have some help figuring out the best meal plans for me at my age and activity level. Tina has helped me cut 20lbs in 9 weeks. Her meal plans have been great with no drastic changes in food and with plenty of variety. Her meal planning has helped me with not only what to eat but when to eat certain macro nutrients during the day. Very happy with the results achieved through the combination meal planning and focused training sessions!

    I couldn’t recommend Tina and Total Definition Fitness enough!!! As someone who has been to several workout places and different personal trainers in the Columbus, GA. I will definitely say Tina is the best at helping you to reach your goals and everything you could want in a personal trainer. It’s never the same workouts and it’s somewhere that you actually look forward to going every morning.

    Did the 12 wk program for 3 days/wk and lost 31 lbs and I'm off insulin. I have an injured knee--medial and lateral torn meniscus and large baker's cyst along with tricompartmental osteoarthritis both knees and just generally deconditioned and weak and I still have a LONG way to go but I really needed this to get started. It's expensive but you have to invest in yourself and really make an effort to improve your health and I can't think of a more worthwhile goal. Tina worked around my injury and my old injuries (frozen shoulder and a few old rib fractures) and modified my exercises accordingly. She knows her stuff and if you stick to the program you will lose weight and you will gain strength, no doubt about it. I am not able to do the challenges with the rest of the gals but I surely cannot afford to keep doing 12 week personal training either so I'm going to take my newfound fitness and nutrition knowledge and use it in our apartment complex gym. I'm ready and motivated. But I know if I ever need to I can call Tina and do another 12 week "adjustment" and get myself on track. Thanks, Tina. I'm sorry I was not the easiest client in terms of ability but I think I made progress--I was hoping you would have checked my metabolism and weight again before I left but I'm sure it's definitely improved. I'm moving now--and it feels good to be moving again!

    Starting with Tina was the best thing I've ever done for myself. The meal plans are easy to go by and I've found many new foods that I actually love to eat. They have taught me a new way to eat. The workouts are demanding but very beneficial. I look forward to going to them. People are noticing my weight loss and how my body is changing every day. DONT WAIT START NOW! YOU WONT REGRET IT!

    I have been training with Tina since 2017 and have loved every minute of it. Her professionalism and knowledge are beyond compare. If you are a working mom and are looking to also start taking care of your self look no further. She is the real deal.

👍👍 Great place to park and workout if you are a TRUCK DRIVER. As long as you are out of the way and not blocking people getting in and out, etc they have always let me park here. In return, I always keep an eye on their property after hours FOR FREE whenever I’m here to make sure nobody messes with it....
